I just bought a room set from this company, and they gave it to me as if it were used horrible inside, and the furniture store that bought it that sells its products doesn't want to take me that room set to behind where they themselves saw when they saw it how bad it was, this is not done not just

Very good! Dealers only. The negative posts you see are "customers" that waste store owners time & money by pretending to be interested in purchasing Bernards products from them... then pretending to be a dealer themselves and buying straight from Bernards! It's unethical but a Common practice. Bernards supplies both inexpensive and expensive furniture to legit dealers nationwide! I thank them for serving me over 30 years. They have been TREMENDOUS in their service and always have fair WHOLESALE prices for dealers. It's expensive to operate a retail store.

Affordable furniture. Nothing great. They will not ship unless order is over $1000. But who wants to buy 1000 worth of cheap furniture??

The lady that works the pickup office is the nicest lady! she always knows what's going on and doesn't ever mind answering questions.
