Very good! Dealers only. The negative posts you see are "customers" that waste store owners time & money by pretending to be interested in purchasing Bernards products from them... then pretending to be a dealer themselves and buying straight from Bernards! It's unethical but a Common practice. Bernards supplies both inexpensive and expensive furniture to legit dealers nationwide! I thank them for serving me over 30 years. They have been TREMENDOUS in their service and always have fair WHOLESALE prices for dealers. It's expensive to operate a retail store.
