Very honest, good customer service, the car was exactly what I was looking for.

Great service. Bob was helpful, they worked with my budget then gave me a mind blowing deal on a Chevy Malibu SS. The down payment wasn't high at all, much less than the average dealership. The car drove smooth and the mileage was ideal. It's been almost an month since the purchase and I have now placed 3,000 miles on the car with no problem. I recommend there service to anyone. My Credit Union worked a deal with Bob with no issues, it was to easy like taking candy from a baby. Just waiting on my car tag and the deal will be completed.

I have bought a SUV about a year ago from Bernard motorcar company... And let me tell you something about this place .... Some real professionals .. the experience I had at this dealership was the most comfortable laid-back quick action place to buy a car it was hassle free carfax on point.. I couldn't be anymore happier that I bought my car here ... One year later my suv is still running like a champ and I be looking forward to buying another car from here when that time comes to it ... So don't waste your time in other dealership spending the whole day there come here, the cars are inexpensive but work like Thier brand new compared to the overpriced cars in Charlotte .... me and my son found a Mustang here that he absolutely fell in love with. We were able to go back a week later and look at it with his dad. We had never purchased a car from Bernard Motors before, so we did not know what to expect. From the moment we opened up the office door we were greeted by Bob who was very personable. and friendly. We purchased the auto that day and they have been a pleasure to deal with. There were a couple of small things that needed to be fixed and we were set up with a mechanic and they took care of us. If you are in the market for a used auto, you definitely need to check these guys out! We will use them next time we are in the market for a used auto!

Drove over an hour from Columbia to this store,after numerous texts to make sure this was a straight car,only to find a dog had ripped up the console and was covered with a towel,and worse it has a timing chain slap/ticking noise in the engine,a serious problem.what a waste of time.

Great experience. Brian and Bob were very helpful putting us in the right car. We knew everything about the car because they provide the Carfax so there were no surprises. I will never buy another used car any place other than Bernard Motor. The prices were great and so was the service.
