The truth is my criticism is for the attention, call 6 times requesting information and not only I could never get the information but the treatment was totally disinterested and derogatory. Supposedly the person in charge of the info is a certain Maria who is more difficult to locate than Bush himself. They tell you they call you and they never call you, a total lack of respect.
Nasty is a compliment. They sold me a course that they didn't have the capacity to offer, they charged me for three months and the course never started. They are not even able to call, nor send an email updating information about their mistake or offer coherent solutions. No money back, no course. They are ghosts!
I never attended but I have excellent references and know people who have gone and the level is excellent, also mostly teachers are native speakers
