The best smoked bacon I've ever had...thank you for being a farm we can trust

Purchased a cherry wood smoked ham for Thanksgiving. It was the tastiest, juiciest ham we have ever had. The Berkshire pork is slightly sweeter and way more tender than your run of the mill pork. My family and myself are now ruined on any type of ham but this! We are excited to purchase and try more products in the near future. We will definitely be purchasing another ham for Christmas dinner as this ham will become a new family tradition!

They make the best bacon and pulled pork I ve ever had. Berkwood is a truly unique place to shop with quality service.

It looks like a great place and would have remembered having been there. Unfortunately I wasn't the one. But I'll give it a 5 anyway, because it just looks like a place that offers calm, serenity, and a healthier peace of mind.

Best ham I have ever had! Our office used Berkwood Farms spiral honey glazed maple wood smoked ham for our Thanksgiving party. Even people that don't normally like ham went back for seconds. This won't be the last time we order their ham. My office can't wait to try their bacon, pork chops, ribs and pulled pork.

Highly, highly recommend visiting their store. Knowledgeable, friendly, and delicious pork products.

In our quest for the best bacon in the Midwest and with our reining champions being from meat rich Wisconsin. (Neuske's and Usingers) We were first drawn to this product because of prior experience with other Berkshire pork products. The fact that it was an Iowa product surprised us in that most all the bacon here is of the cheap/salty variety. Not this time! After several back to back's we now have a new bacon winner in Berkwood. I have also enjoyed their Frank's and can confirm these folks know what they are doing, and guess there is an old German behind this somewhere. One critique would be the poor marketing and supply of these great products. Occasionally found at Fareway stores, instead I would suggest it be highlighted at the better specialty food stores like Gateway market and Whole foods kind of venues. All in all Great Job!
