I recently visited the Berkeley Design Center and had a mixed experience. The website is easy to navigate and provides a good overview of the company's services. However, when I visited their physical location, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable about their products. The showroom was also quite cramped and not as impressive as I expected. On a positive note, the company does offer a wide range of design options and their prices are fairly competitive. The online ordering process was smooth, but the delivery took longer than expected. Overall, my experience with the Berkeley Design Center was average. I would recommend checking out their website for ideas, but be prepared for less than stellar in-person service.
