I ordered Goggles from LD Mountain Centre and they came with the wrong lens. When I contacted them they refused to send the correct one or refund the item.

Searched internet for a type of mountain equipment I was interested in looking at and google showed me the Ortovox Avalanche Rescue Kit, also showed LD Mountain Centre as the best price, when I clicked on to buy it was even better because they also had a code which gave me free delivery and even more money off.

First Rate Service: I ordered a Camelbak water bladder on line on Sunday afternoon. By midday Monday Kirsty from customer services emailed me to let me know that the size I wanted was out of stock. This can happen with on line ordering as stock can quickly deplete and it is a bit frustrating. However, we negotiated a replacement on Tuesday and it was with me the next day. Unlike LB and PH I feel the service I received was excellent and Kirsty was one of the best cutomer service people I've ever dealt with.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Not a chain, which makes a pleasant change, and the prices are good. I have found them to be slightly cheaper than the chains. This shop tends to be my first port of call for walking clothing.

The website offered me a discount and I successfully placed an order including paying on my credit card. I got a phone call the next day to say that the website should not have offered me the discount and that LD Mountain Centre would not honour the order.
I think that's a pretty poor show, personally.

Really impressed with the service from LDMC, product arrived on time tho on inspection I noticed a fault with the manufacturing of the item, when I informed LDMC they were very fast In resolving the issue. Would certainly recommend and use LDMC In the future.
Good shop but not keen on being followed around by staff which made me feel like they thought I was there to steal. Myself and my friend felt uncomfortable and slightly offended by this.
