First Rate Service: I ordered a Camelbak water bladder on line on Sunday afternoon. By midday Monday Kirsty from customer services emailed me to let me know that the size I wanted was out of stock. This can happen with on line ordering as stock can quickly deplete and it is a bit frustrating. However, we negotiated a replacement on Tuesday and it was with me the next day. Unlike LB and PH I feel the service I received was excellent and Kirsty was one of the best cutomer service people I've ever dealt with.
