Accommodating Dealership, Sales Manager was helpful,
a definite plus. Experience was on par with other
prior purchases from different Dealerships. As a
suggestion we think Bentley should furnish
better license plate frames rather then the
inexpensive plastic ones- that definitely was a
misstep. We felt the Sales person should have spent more time on explaining the vehicle when delivered. He was more then willing to program the seat settings & garage opener & departed
after that.

After being a multiple Mercedes Benz owner for many years I can only say after now having my 1st Bentley that the customer service at this establishment does not hold a candle to Mercedes Benz customer service. Its really a shame being that the car is a beautiful but as far as customer service this dealership gets my lowest rating...No return calls ever & after its 1st service when picking up the dash still displayed "Service Now" the Service Mgr then told me to bring it back another time & that would be removed, are you kidding me???
