David was so helpful, the designs are brilliant and build quality to match.

We found it extremely difficult to find a builder who we genuinely wanted to engage with, however our experience with Bentley Homes was VERY different! From the minute we first walked into the Newhaven Display centre, not only did we absolutely LOVE the Parkhurst 345, but the New Home Consultant asked all the right questions to ensure we had thought both with our head and heart when making the decision to build with Bentley Homes. We never felt pressured or pushed into making our decision like what we experienced with other builders, but what we did get was options to stay within budget yet still be able to achieve our dream of making the design perfect for our family and lifestyle. We love to entertain and have a BIG family, so needed to ensure our design boxes were ticked. It was also really comforting to know all of our costs upfront including fixed site costs. However in saying that, we are yet to do our colour appointment. We have done an information session and browse of their colour showroom, and were really impressed with the level or choice we received as included and far better than we imagined. I was expecting to have to upgrade everything, but I don't think that will be the case. We are super excited to be on this journey with Bentley Homes, bring on 2021!

Not our first time building but so far the best time building we have had. Our sales consultant to our supervisor have made it very professional and quality experience for us.

We saw all these reviews and built because of the factual evidence shown inn the reviews and based on what others have been saying about them. We just found that other builders may have presented themselves in certain ays but when you looked into it or past the facade/presentation of what they say, they simply didn't stack up. More Inclusions, better options, up front and correct information and a great built house at the end of the day.

I am building my first home with Bentley and the process so far has been exceptional. They've got really got quality products with Designer selection. Laneda helps us to select the right floor plan and explained everything during sales process. The color selection was a smooth process, the consultant (Danielle) was knowledgeable and friendly. Chloe thoroughly explained and detailed the contract process. Very transparent about inclusion and exclusions in contract. Can't wait to start construction!

I just signed my building contract with Bentley Homes and although I still have no idea what the whole process and experience would be like, I have been very pleased with the professional service and consult they have offered me so far. Ezi Aleixo has advised me on the lands I was considering to buy, and has been very patient, professional, and responsive all throughout the initial stage when I was still looking for a land and had so many questions regarding the land and the construction till today when I signed a contract with him. I really hope the whole process and the end result will be as much as good experience as it has been so far.

As a first home buyer, we had more then million questions in our minds. We were roaming everywhere for almost 3 months until we just went in Bentley homes display house randomly. And we were really lucky to meet JP (Jean Pierre) there, who had all the patience in the world and the vast understanding about his work. He is an exceptionally talented and intelligent man.
At first, he asked us for our expectations and understanding about building the home and then explained every detail and steps involved in this project and corrected us where our understanding was blurred/confused. He didn't rush us into things but gave us time to understand, do our homework and scheduled another meeting for us. He has been transparent inside out with us. Never met a comfortable sales person in such long period.
The quality of the product to explaining and understanding our needs, this guy is terrific. We met him 4-5 times so far, but we are overly confident that we are going to build our dream home in first shot. All thanks to JP again and his skills and patience for tolerating our over excitement. We are really excited to build with Bentley homes.

We are building our first home and as expected we have a thousand questions! But Bentley Homes staff have been very kind enough to taking the time not only understanding our problems but going that extra step to providing alternatives and guiding us through the whole process.

From our initial consult with Laneda Boci we knew we were in good hands. There was no pressure to upsell or forcing us. Always on point and was very knowledgeable. Our case was very different, we wanted the contract in 1month and although it was difficult Laneda went above and beyond to get us the contract as promised! Thank you Laneda!

When it came to contract signing and status updates, Sarah Brook has done a fantastic job. Very clear and straight forward answers which is what we needed. Went through the whole contract with me going through every single point in every page. Always making sure to put us at ease even when we had some problems!

We are very lucky to have Our Building Supervisor, Ash Wellwood. He has been an absolute life saver! With all the COVID madness, lockdowns, timber shortages, tradie shortages he managed to get it all sorted and there was progress everyday! Very Professional! With his weekly updates we felt very informed at every stage. I have heard horrible stories from friends who built with other builders, but we never had any problems like that with Bentley at all. We called every week for last minute changes and he did his best to change them or suggest alternatives. Your thoughts always matter when you are speaking with him! No matter when we call him, he always answers or will call back as soon as he is available.

Bentley Homes have been amazing through the whole process of building our family home. They are knowledgeable, helpful and deliver on what they promise. Honesty and integrity are two very obvious characteristics shown from all members of the team. It was so nice to deal with a builder that actually cared, unlike some of the bigger builders where you are treated just like a number. I would highly recommended Bentley Homes to all.
