We are building our first home and as expected we have a thousand questions! But Bentley Homes staff have been very kind enough to taking the time not only understanding our problems but going that extra step to providing alternatives and guiding us through the whole process.

From our initial consult with Laneda Boci we knew we were in good hands. There was no pressure to upsell or forcing us. Always on point and was very knowledgeable. Our case was very different, we wanted the contract in 1month and although it was difficult Laneda went above and beyond to get us the contract as promised! Thank you Laneda!

When it came to contract signing and status updates, Sarah Brook has done a fantastic job. Very clear and straight forward answers which is what we needed. Went through the whole contract with me going through every single point in every page. Always making sure to put us at ease even when we had some problems!

We are very lucky to have Our Building Supervisor, Ash Wellwood. He has been an absolute life saver! With all the COVID madness, lockdowns, timber shortages, tradie shortages he managed to get it all sorted and there was progress everyday! Very Professional! With his weekly updates we felt very informed at every stage. I have heard horrible stories from friends who built with other builders, but we never had any problems like that with Bentley at all. We called every week for last minute changes and he did his best to change them or suggest alternatives. Your thoughts always matter when you are speaking with him! No matter when we call him, he always answers or will call back as soon as he is available.
