Bent Willow Florist Review

Would have liked to have a chance to see the flowers. But I never got to buy them since they would not provide service on the spot. All shops I go to, you can walk in, give them a budget and they make an arrangement. Takes two minutes. They have. $50 minimum. Ok I was there and ready to buy and spend more than planned. But they had some delivery orders and said they can't do it now. What? A pro flower shop can't take two minutes to make cash on the spot? The time it took this unhelpful florist to explain how busy they are, when I'm the only customer in the place they could have made a bouquet and money. It is more important for her to turn me away then to just provide good customer service. I live around the corner and now will never go there. Do Not Go.

I am from Canada and wanted to order a floral arrangement for my daughter's 30th Birthday. I left a message and Mary called me back long distance and helped to create a beautiful bouquet...did I mention it was her day off! Amy put together a stunning bouquet and I am forever grateful to these two ladies. Great Customer Service! My business will be repeated when I come to North Hollywood!

Hands Down, Drop the Mic....This is the most Awesomest Florist ever.Mary has the heart and smile of an angel. I literally drove up after 5pm and she was so kind and sweet- she talked to me ( and heard me and was totally present in every way. ( This was our 1st encounter ) I shared with her my initial plans with on another florist downtown- And how I just could not take my eyes off her "Femme Fatale" floral arrangement. She shared with me how she goes early in the morning to handpick flowers. Explained to me where these flowers come from and everything. I couldn't wait until Valentine's Day - ( these flowers were esp picked for me with care- priceless) So my sweet-heart will get these today and another floral arrangement on Valentine's Day. I got married in early June and Sharon and her team did an amazing job on the flowers. They were beautiful and just how I wanted them. Sharon is so easy to work with; she always responded to my emails and was very straightforward with the pricing. I highly recommend her.
