First time customer... I ordered on the Thursday and received the show bags to the door on the Sunday...
So impressed with the quality and service, my granddaughters were over the moon to receive these showbags.... they turned out to be a great distraction and enjoyment while in ISO...

I was very happy with the extra bags that were supplied to me. Bensons Trading was very generous giving me a number of free bags with my order. Thank you Bensons . Very happy

Under these very tough circumstances with deliveri...

Under these very tough circumstances with deliveries due to COVID-19 and the delays with Australia Post parcels, I noticed complaints about this on the Facebook page which is simply not fair.

I am so grateful to this company for despatching our showbags on time, unfortunately postage time after despatch is certainly not the fault of the company and is out of their control.

We were notified the entire time of the duration and tracking, yes they took a while but I was kept up to date the whole time.

We received our chocolates in the estimated timeframe and in good condition.

I feel very strongly to support a company when I know their normal selling avenue for their showbags has ceased due to the cancellation of events.

In fact I am supporting them again and have just placed another order for my mum for Mother's Day

Misleading and wrong information on website - which was only admitted to by 'customer service' Michelle after questioned about shipping and ordering totals, takes 6 days to answer an email and doesn't return calls. All in all- can't help at all, too late to order for our event they said. Unbelievable.

It s been 2 business days and I have received no order confirmation- phone stuff we re helpful to confirm order but I want an email confirmation.
My mother submitted this order Thursday and it it now Monday night and we have no order number to reference to!
My mother does not do online shopping much and now feels as if this could be a scam. I have emailed them again - as my mother did on Friday with no response.
Really disappointed I expected more from little tikes as they are such a well known brand, I have never purchased an item and not received email confirmation from any other site except yours.
Really disappointed - if I hear nothing soon I will be cancelling the after pay payments and requesting a refund

I can not recommend showbags.com.au enough, I ordered my daughter bluey showbag on a Tuesday night and I got it by Sunday which was a public holiday . I could not believe as bluey is such a popular show bag , the face on my daughter who is 12 months just blue me away ( no pun intended ) . Will be recommending for sure

Placed order for showbags on the 6th of April. It took 9 bussiness days to process the order and be ready for shipping. Also charged $20 for postage that appears to be free now for new orders? Still no actual update or confirmation it has shipped since the 16th of April. Australia post issues due to covid19 are not Bensons doing, however, the lag from order to shipping is disappointing and adds to the frustration it's now caught up in a crippled post system. Perhaps they should be upfront on the lead time to process orders so customer expectations are not too high?
