I ll lead off by saying I had driven my old truck ...

I ll lead off by saying I had driven my old truck for 15 years and was very apprehensive about going to get a truck and having a payment. Andrew asked what I was after, pointed me in the direction I needed to go and told me he didn t want to pressure me so he would be standing off to the side if I found anything I was interested in. I was after a 2014-15 Silverado, nothing new. While still looking at the trucks out front he approached and told me he had something on the top end of my price range but had everything I was looking for. I agreed to take a look and as he said it had everything I wanted, LTZ Z71 package, mid mileage and in great condition inside and out. After I couldn t make up my mind he encouraged me to take it home so the wife and I could talk and decide since it was top end budget. When I took it back the next day Andrew had stayed late to accommodate my strange work hours and he and the sales manager worked to get me out the door at a price that was in my price range. I drove it back home that night and I ve been enjoying it ever since.

About a month ago, I was travelling with my two young sons on our way to Disney World from Ohio for a very tight trip. Long story short, my Silverado's hub went out, and fortunate for us, it happened while we were gassing up and not on the freeway. As we crawled down the road to find the first available shop, and with fingers crossed, as it was already 5:15pm, Bennett Dodge told us that their Chevy Dealership would take us in. We barely made it into being less than 30 minutes till closing...

Mike broke the bad news that he wouldn't be able to get us in and immediately started trying to help me find a rental, because my 5 and 6 year-old boys had their sights set on Disney the next day, but he was having no luck and was also helping others out as well. Gary Sparks became available and went out to help us, and after describing my situation and taking a look at the wheel that was about to fall off, he was able to bail us out with a courtesy vehicle to take to Disney while they took a look at our truck the next day.

Month later, the truck is running great, and my trip was saved thanks to Mike and Gary helping us out. My kids kept saying "That Gary is a nice man for letting us borrow his truck!" I've worked at a small Chevy dealership before where we tried everything we could to help people out, and these are the types of stories that I remember feeling good about Thank you again to the Gary, Mike, and the rest of the Bennett Chevy service team.

By the way, that 2017 Silverado Crew Cab was a pretty sweet ride to take to Disney!

I called about a truck for sale during the week an was told it was a great truck that it had been completely gone through an it was good to go. I live over 2 hrs away from the dealership an told them I'd be there Friday to look at it.. I called Friday morning to make sure the truck was still available an they told me it was an they would have it up waiting on me to look at. I drive over 2 hrs an get there to find out its in the shop getting worked on cuz of a broke axle an some kinda leak. Well I was told it be ready in just a Lil bit. I finally got to drive the truck after waiting 8 hrs (which was stupid on my part waiting that long) when I drove it the front axel was drill out of it but was told a brand new one was on the way for it. Truck ran great... so I decided to buy it long as they fixed the few things wrong an the promise me it would be 100% chevy certified. They took the truck to detail an said they would deliver it the next day. When I finally got the truck it had service breaks light on an check engine light an they had put an old axle in the truck an was broke. I could lock it in 4x4 an it would lock the whole front-end end down. They came an got the truck to fix it an got it back a week later after they called an assured me everything is fixed. When I got off work an headed home check engine light came on within 5 miles an service breaks light was still on. I went through all this the truck going back an forth 4 diffrent times an them putting almost 2000 miles on my truck. The sales manager told me a bunch of proformance stuff that had been done to the truck an how fast it was it all seemed to be true. But it all was a lie, I talked to me previous owner an he told me all that stuff that I was told done to the truck really wasn't done to the truck. I haven't even made 3 payment on it yet an they still never fixed the truck like I was promised an now the whole motor is haven to be tore apart an fixed. I would never buy something from them again an would NEVER recommend them to anyone I think they are a very dishonest dealership. They wouldn't even follow through with the 30 lemon law an said if they was to take the truck back an give me my money back for the piece of junk truck I'd have to take them to court.. the sales manager lied about all kinds of stuff an was very disrespectful. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY TO BUY FROM THEY WILL SCREW YOU

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. This dealership is amazing! My husband and I have bought 3 cars from Keith. He is an amazing salesman, he never runs you around and he stays true to his word. We loved the service we received here not only from Keith, who like I said is amazing. But also from Richa and Donna specifically. The people at this dealership are helpful and friendly and don't mind answering any question you have about anything reguarding your new vehicle. The team here also will treat you like family not only while you are waiting for financing (which takes 1/4 of the time it has taken us at other dealerships) but 1 day 2 weeks or 1 year after you buy a vehicle. If we were staying here in Georgia we would never buy from anyone but Keith or from any other dealership period.

I came to bennett with high hops of finding a nice used vehicle for about 4500 and walked out in tears with a new car payment. Worst experience I've ever had. A complete nightmare. And when insurance was, for whatever reason, delayed I got a call from the general manager stating that I better get my insurance straight or I would lose $4,000.00 needless to say, I would never refer anybody to thia dealership they are horrible people.

I had a bad experience taking my car here for service. Very disappointing. I took my car in because the check engine light was on and they told my I had an oil leak and something else was wrong also, it would be about $1,000. I took my car in on a Wednesday and was told to pick it up the next day. So the next day it s almost closing time and I was not informed about my car so we call them and they tell me that they broke something in the car and never called to tell me about it. They would order the part and fix the problem free of charge. Ok no problem I ll c ome tomorrow and get my car. The next day comes and I get no call. I call them and they again didn t call me to inform me that they were sent the wrong part and would have to keep it over the weekend. I asked if they had a loaner car for me to use because I will have been without a car for four days longer than expected at this point. They said no they won t have one until Monday when my car is ready. So I wait until Monday and they call saying that the car is done. I show up and pay. They did give a discount on the original repairs. I get in my car and the engine shakes like crazy and the car turns itself off. I informed them that my car was in worse shape now than when I dropped it off. They look at the car and find the problem. So now that my car has been messed up twice since I gave it to them I asked about the loaner car that I was told they would have Monday. Well he tells me that he doesn t have one to let me use and that I m not they only one in a situation like this. My question is did they mess everyone else s car up as well? Because if not that would make my situation unique. So I went without a car for six days because they couldn t fix something without breaking something else. I also had a phone holder hanging in my car that was ripped off and was not able to stick back on.

I bought from them about a year ago. Let me begin by saying, they sold me a car before it was even out of the body shop. It was my mistake but when I finally got the car, so many things were wrong with it including its interior and exterior design. Come to find out my car was previously in an accident. I had to trade my Jeep back in get a new car in which I still have. The interior body is TERRIBLE!!! My carpet is rising and there are so many small things that are not right about the car that the car salesman never brings to your attention unless you're an experienced car buyer. They also will run a hard inquiry on your credit 10,000,000 times until you get aan approval. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will regret it it.

It has been a long time that I have trusted any persons at a car dealership because all the salesman wanted to do was sell you a car they didn't care rather you could afford it or not . Brandon and Amber and the others at Bennett's Jeep care and will work to help you they really care about you as a person and not a fool to be used . My final words are they think of you as a friend or a family member . Love those people you will too

Bennett Chevrolet gives exceptional service! The service and sales departments both, are truly dedicated in doing what's best for their clientele. Over the last three years, my family has purchased four vehicles, not feeling bullied or pressured into buying a car that we didnt want or paying for a service that we truly didnt need. Although, I have my favorites, the entire Team, are a delight to work with. If you are looking to buy a new/used vechicle or in need of any vechicle service, I would highly recommend Bennett Chevrolet.

Sold me a car without working heat and not only refused to be helpful in any way, but charged me over $400 just to look at it after I had already paid for the car. They also didn t have the car cleaned for me when I purchased. They re nice to your face and then stab you in the back the moment you leave in the door and they have your money. I wouldn t even recommend these scam artists to an enemy.

I took my Blazer in after having problems with the rear calipers after doing a brake job at my house. I told the service guy that they seemed like they needed replaced since they locked on the disc and would not relax. The service technician assured me that they would take them apart and clean them and it would cost less than replacing the calipers. The next day I got a call saying one of them had to be replaced and it would only cost another $200....what?! I asked why I would pay for a repair that didn't work, especially since I told them to replace the calipers and had to be convinced by them that they didn't need replaced. After going back and forth they agreed to waive the labor fees. I finally picked up the blazer after they were done with it, paid the $420 and drove home. The rear caliper that they did not replace (the one that they clean and repaired) had been riding the disc,,, I could smell burning rubber once I stepped out of the truck and the wheel was very hot to the touch. After calling the dealership and asking if they would agree to replace the caliper that they 'repaired' at no cost (since the repair I payed for didn't actually fix the problem) I was informed that I would only be charge about $100 to replace the caliper....again they wanted me to pay for a repair that didn't work! So after paying $420 to almost get my blazer fixed I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and I will never spend another one of my dollars there.

Called to address this with their manager, Jason who rushed me off the phone and had no time to listen to my concern.

SERVICE CENTER IS A RIP OFF!!

I just has the worst experience ever at a car dealer service center from a shady group who ripped me off.

I took my Sons car in to have the air conditioning repaired. Instead I was told they needed to do over $850.00 in work. When I questioned Mike and told him just to do the quoted 161.00 air condition repair he said they could not until I had the whole vehicle repaired at a cost of over $850.00. I then declined and went to pick up the vehicle. To my shock I WAS CHARGED $ 115.00 for the diagnosis even thought they did not do anything to the vehicle. This is fraudulent activity as I was not even warned that estimates were not free like most dealers. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! CROOKS!!! I request a response from the owner and a refund.

Omg its terrible. The moment we walked they are so quick to give me a van that was traded in within few hours of us arriving there. We explained we didnt want a van they went behind our back and got us approved for the van we stated we didnt want. Then find out the van needed some work. So they gave us a loaner car for over a week cuz it wasnt ready they had to wait for parts for the van. Keep in mind we walked in with a trade in and $0 down. They insulted us with the trade in value but we accepted it cuz we were told no money down as we requested. Then all a sudden we have to have additional $1000.00 down plus our trade in value for a 2012 van with 120k miles and needed work. As they were asking 11k for the van without evaluating the value of the van. We stated we wanted a 3rd row vehicle that was 2014 or older. I asked our sales rep drew for other opitions of vehicles and he said they had other cars but never showed us or talk to us about the other cars. They went ahead and put $ into the van cuz they were persistent to give us the van that we didnt want. We were told we had to have $1000 down asap plus the monthly payment of $400. Seriously we werent comfortable with any of this so we tried to reach the store manager for 3 days and we were told he wasnt there or in a meeting for those days so i called few minutes ago and it went to voicemail so i talked to receptionist and explained the situation of our interest for a different car that wasnt a van. She understood clearly but all a sudden ROD (manager) was available within 1 minute being on the phone trying to figure something else out, he got rude and screaming and deny any business with us. He threaten us and refuse to listen and cussing at me. He stated he will not do business with us and im confused and calm trying to understand why he is so upset with us when it was the sales rep (DREW) fault for not listening and ROD fault for going through with getting us this damn van...... So i tried to ask him why we can have other opitions for a different car as we already asked before any of this started. he told me he wasnt giving us anything or any other car. He called us this morning and said the van was ready for pick up and bring the $1000. So hubby tried to call and supposedly he was in a meeting. I explained to him we been trying to reach him he basically said we are liars and never called him. Thats BS!! He told us to bring the loaner car back and come get our trade in. I explained to him i cant right now, but he wouldnt listen cuz he was screaming and i tried to get him to calm down and listen but he told he wasnt gonna listen to me. But on that note i tried to explained to him my kids were napping and when they get up ill come up and switch out but he didnt hear anything i was saying. So cuz he didnt hear what i needed to say he told me i have 10mins to bring car up there or he was gonna call it in as a theft. Seriously, unnecessary! So by then i was extrmely disrespected and upset by the way i was treated. I said what i had to say and hung up. . . dont do business with them! Also keep in mind we told them we wanted payment around 350$ month. They said "it would be well under 400$ month" ...ummm our payments for a 2012 van with 120k miles as a trade in would be "$399" and still want $1000 cash and with a low ball offer with our trade in value..

Service dept can't stand behind their technicians and give my extended warranty company a 12 month guarantee on their labor. So...the Mazda that I bought at Bennet Chevy can't be fixed there...because they can't warranty the labor while installing a new turbo. Bennett ' s solution to the problem? "Here's the number for Tom Bush Mazda in Jacksonville." They made it sound as if it was the extended warranty company's fault...but when I called them, the rep told me "we require any repair facility to give a 12 month warranty on labor...and Bennett Chevrolet will not do it."

Never go there again.

Had nothing but problems with this dealership. Control arm was broken when we bought our chevy hhr, spent 5 hours wait for them to fix it. Come to find out they never fixed it. Can never get manger on the phone and at one point they were ignoring our phone calls.

I would not reccomend anyone take your vehicle for any kind of service here. I had this service department replace the two front hubs on my truck as well as replace the door hinges and do a two wheel alignment. The mechanic who I would never in my life believe to be a certified GM mechanic claimed he could not replace a door hinge because it was "welded" to the body. All he had to do was unbolt the hinge and he could have replaced it. So, it appears as though the mechanic was just too lazy to do the work. Then they overcharged for the two wheel alignment, I ended up paying the price of a four wheel alignment instead. When I questioned the price, I could not get an answer from them. I would suggest anyone needing service done on any GM product,finding somewhere else other than Bennett Chevrolet.

On April 29th 2019 I made the mistake of trusting ...

On April 29th 2019 I made the mistake of trusting a car dealership, (Bennett Chevrolet-Buick in Kingsland Georgia) to be honest and fulfill its word/commitment. I know better and this will be a life lesson I will pay for 72 months and carry with me for the rest of my life.

Here is what happened. I stopped by to look at 2019s and possibly to trade in my 2018 Chevy Equinox. Keep in mind I have not bought a brand-new car since 2011 (it was ironically a Chevy as well) . Typically, I buy used cars with 5k to 20k miles on them because of the cost savings but we had purchased a used 2018 Equinox in 2018 with 19K miles and we really enjoyed it. We put 15K miles on it in 5 months and now the warranty was about to be up, so we were considering buying a new one.

My salesman, David Strong, seemed like a decent enough young man and had a low-pressure sale pitch. I was satisfied with his approach and decided to do business with Bennett Chevrolet . They did not have an AWD vehicle on their lot, but I was promised that one could be located at another dealership and brought there same day for delivery. I agreed and was convinced/encouraged to complete all the paperwork immediately so that I could take delivery on the new vehicle that same day. It had been a pleasant experience and I failed to see the great harm I would soon suffer.

I went home for lunch and was called around 4pm to come get my new car. I excitedly took the keys to my new car. My wife and I got in and as we left the parking lot, we noticed a buzz/vibration/noise coming from the shifter knob. It s a 40 mile drive back to the house and I called Bennett Chevrolet from the road and told them of the issue. They told me it was almost closing time and to come back tomorrow and they would make it right.

April 30th at 8 am I was at the dealer and took David (the salesman) for a ride. He agreed that there was a problem and could hear the noise. So, I dropped the vehicle with the service department (I was going out of town for work and would be gone 5 days). I told the salesman I would not take delivery of this vehicle if It was not made right and David gave me his full assurance all would be repaired.

While I was gone I waited 3 days until I finally reached out to the service department by phone and spoke with Mr. Wit for an update. He told me that they could hear the noise but had no idea where it was coming from or what was causing it but that they had ordered a whole new shifter assembly from transmission to column and would replace all of it if necessary. On Friday May 3rd I got a call back from service department informing me that all the parts had been replaced but that the noise was still present. Further, they advised that GM was aware of a noise occurring in some 2019 Equinoxes, but at this time there was no solution and it could not be fixed.

I called sales and spoke with a manager, Anthony, and Denise in customer service who both told me, sorry come get your broken new vehicle. I asked for a replacement vehicle - they told me NO, it would be too much paperwork because they had already registered the VIN . I asked them to take it as a trade- they said they did not want it and said we would have to order another AWD and it could be broken too. I told them I would not accept this vehicle- they informed me I had signed a contact and that I owned THIS VEHICLE. I reminded them my contract was for a new (properly working) vehicle. They told me take it up with GM or my lawyers.

I have been a Chevy man for my whole life and I have purchased 10 new cars in my life and all but one was a GM. This will be my last.

Bennett Chevrolet has by far the best sales team I ve ever worked with hands down. Eric Lyons was great when it came to helping me find the car that was right for me. Out of 5 stars I d rate the experience I had with them a solid 10/5. Highly recommended making them your first stop when going to buy a car.

Thanks to David, Tracy, and all the service folks!!! They always go above and beyond. They're always ready for my appointments and call to keep me updated & when service is complete, etc. Never pressured but always genuine. I needed a paintless dent repair resource and Ricky (Front sales mgr) was very helpful in getting me in touch with a resource. Appreciate you ALL!! God bless,, Kevin Lang

I have bought many cars from many different, "bells and whistles" dealerships.. And this one.. Hands down have over bypassed them all. From day one, response of text or calls fast!.. Walk in the door greeted. And then treated like friends out the gate!
Prices beat savannah area for sure!
Terry is one work horse!.. He will do anything to make sure your happy. And Rick is genuine.

Always friendly staff, They take the time to discuss your vehicle and what issues you maybe having. Scott in the Service department was very helpful, I received a phone call from Scott to discuss the options of what was needed on the Silverado and to get my permission before proceeding, he discussed the amount of each service that was needed so that I would be prepared and not sticker shocked when I returned to pick up my truck. Was another great experience at Bennett Chevrolet.

Useless. Gave then two chances, and on both occasions dealt with dishonesty and apathy. Heather Gaskins is one to avoid. Set up a appointment for me to talk to her, and she wasnt there and neither was the vehicle I wanted. It was the only one in their stock I was interested in, but she lied to get me in the door and pawn me off on someone else. Did the same thing to my wife. Set up a time through her and I showed up. She was there this time, but pawned me off immediately. From what I can tell, shes not a salesman, but she should say upfront that we wont be dealing with her and someone else. Her and the person she pawned me off on were also immediately apathetic and disinterested as soon as they realized I was only looking to sell my car, and not buy. They are there to help themselves, not the customer. If they can do both, I'm sure they will. Otherwise, they don't care.

Too bad I can't give zero stars. I took my vehicle in to get the drivers seat fixed because it wouldn't go forward or backward. They sourced me a used seat frame which I was told wouldn't have the warranty in case something happened in the future, but that it would work properly when installed, so I agreed. A week and a half later they call and say it's fixed. I go to get it and test out the seat (before leaving the lot) after paying $560, only to learn it wasn't fully fixed. It now stuttered badly when moved, as if it would break again at any moment. I let the service guy know who became rude and said that they can't guarantee a used part will work properly when they get it, basically you have a 50/50 chance that it won't work. I of course called bull crap on that, when they sell you something IT SHOULD WORK! I asked to speak with a manager whom told us the only way they could "make it right" was for us to pay an additional $170 for "labor". I refused to pay for labor a second time for something that should've been done right the first time. I left and contacted another dealership who said that they should've absolutely made it right without charging me another dime! They gave me the GM customer service number which I contacted and filed a complaint with. They contacted the dealership customer experience manager who then contacted us to set up a meeting to "make things right". We drive an hour spending more on gas and time... Only to get there and then tell us once again that they REFUSED to make things right unless we paid the $170 (which they could've told us over the phone and not wasted our time). Completely unhelpful or caring. Now I wouldn't take my car back there ever again because I don't trust their ethics or workmanship. All this over $170. It's ridiculous to be treated as if we're idiots for wanting a drivers seat that functions properly after spending $560 for the repairs we were promised would be made!

BEWARE....

BEWARE....

I took my vehicle to the service department for repairs, as guided by my insurance company USAA, due to them being a certified repair shop for them. I explained to the lady that I needed my car by a certain time and if they could not complete the repair by the given timeframe that I would need to take my vehicle somewhere else. Lady informed me that it would only take a week and we even set up an appointment. She informed me I would receive updates on the work that Tuesday and Thursday on the progress and my vehicle would be done on Friday. (I dropped the car off on a Monday expecting the work to be completed that Friday). Once the car was dropped off Monday, I spoke to lady on Tuesday, and was informed that my parts were on order and that everything looked good and the vehicle was on par to being repaired. Thursday came, and I had to call for the update, to which I was informed that my car was just being taking in to start the repairs. When I asked, how was that possible, because I was scheduled to pick it up the next day, the lady told me "Oh I do not have you scheduled to pick up the car until the following Wednesday". I informed her that was not accurate and that I had explained this to them prior to dropping off my car.

In short, my vehicle bodywork was done, and I have nothing but good things to say about the paint and body, as my car looks like nothing happened. (Showroom condition)

As for the Service Reps, they are dishonest. I was lied to. I believe they just wanted the business. I got my car, but all my repairs were not complete. I was informed that they would take care of it with my insurance company, but still had to pay my full deductible, to which I did, because I needed my car.

Bennett replaced my windshield, which my car has features requiring an OEM replacement to work. While driving to my new location, the rear view mirror fell down. Because I have a high-tech rearview with cameras in it. Once the mirror fell, I also took notice that features in my car, such as my Lane Departure Warning and Adaptive Cruise Control was not working. I took the car to an actual Honda Dealership (my car is a Honda) and was informed that the windshield installed was not OEM. I was charged for an OEM but received an aftermarket windshield which caused errors to my vehicle.

My car was never fully repaired but Bennett was paid in full as if the repairs were done. I have been waiting on Bennett to refund the amount of work that was not completed as per my insurance Rep.

Due to my experience, Bennett Chevrolet will never touch another vehicle in my household.

my daily driver finally retired from active duty today. And I needed to get a vehicle as soon as possible due to my commute and family needs (2 sons and their grandmother). I called and talk to Ms. Heather and she assisted me in getting into a Equinox. Jason, Finance Manager and Angelo (assisting Heather) were easy to talk to and they did everything they could to get me into a vehicle in less than an hour. I choice a pre-owned vehicle. Great people, impeccable service (did I mention Angelo came to the apartment and picked me up). Maybe my first can from Bennet, but won't be my last. They have a customer for life.

The start of my journey to the dealership started online with the chat about what kind of vehicle I was looking for and my trade in. The person on the chat was very courteous and answered my questions putting a sales representative in touch with me. When I walked into the dealership the sales team was friendly, asked what I was looking for and how much I was looking to spend and kept all of my wants and needs in mind. David Cline was amazing with showing me the truck while Rick worked hard at providing me the trade in value of my truck and the numbers I was shooting for. Donna took the time to sit with me when I arrived to drop off the truck for a service bulletin to be completed. She explained everything to me about onstar and was very pleasant to speak with. The entire team at Bennett Chevrolet is incredible and I would recommend friends, coworkers and family to shop at the dealership.
