Excellent show and service but food very mediocre compared to previous years!

We've been to a few shows before and it was Wow from start to finish but . . .

Not impressed with the first half of the show, told it started at 8pm, didn't start till 10.15pm except for 2 bands playing for 10 mins each, couldn't really hear what they were singing. The dancers were nowhere as good as before. The good parts were a guy on a bike doing tricks , a couple on with the guy throwing her about then a girl lying in a bath of water then getting lifted into the air by ribbons

Hope the 2nd half is better

It was a bit better but we felt sorry for the guy doing tricks with bubbles, poor guy must have gotten his mixture slightly wrong as bubbles kept bursting.

All in all not worth the 70 euros we paid

First impressions were quite glitzy and there were a few impressed moments during the show it felt very much like it was in general a stand ins evening apart from the main liners . The dancers worked hard all evening but you could see that they were almost tired of smiling let alone dancing .... understandably tired of smiling as this was now their winter season doing the same routines all year long , we noticed the majority also did the circus during the day . Finally the mojito s we ordered were totally undrinkable , sickly syrup the only resemblance to a mojito was the ice and mint garnish .....

Nice show, definitely worth watching! PS lasts until 1am

Very satisfied with the reception of the staff, the meal, the show, to advise without hesitation.

Benidorm palace is a MUST DO for when you go to Benidorm. I highly recommend this venue, for single, couples and families and even groups.
I guarantee you will enjoy this and definitely beats your average cheesy, corny places you get invited into to waste your money.

You are waited on hand and foot, all evening, and their are no rude staff whatsoever.
We purchased the GRAND PALACE PLUS and got more than we expected!
Like I said I'll guarantee you'll enjoy the whole package

Fantastic . Felt like a Las Vegas show , oh and there was an excellent 4 course meal . Brilliant

Had a fabulous night here, watching Twist and Shout! Had a perfect table near the bar and toilets and a great view of the stage. Food was basic but enough. Prices of drinks were surprisingly good value considering where we were! All in all we had a a brilliant time and would definitely be back!

Second time here, really good value for money. Had the 54 euro deal and the food was delicious; service was good too. If in Benidorm make sure you give it a try.

Almost impossible to get served? The waiting staff must have had a training course in "studied indifference, not worth a revisit, shame!

Love it, sooo nice place for shows n entertainment. Best to book your seats n food in advance. Like it.

A superb venue, and a thoroughly enjoyable show with amazing dancers!

One last! A very cool experience. The only slides are very aggressive, you hurt yourself! The staff is very pleasant, doing some, especially the meter! That we did not properly attend to everything else very well!

Wonderful ... Both the dinner and the show are very worthwhile ... Very satisfied, great professionals !!

It was very nice for a bit late for the night what would rate it

It was a very nice evening. The program is great and the waiters very friendly. Reminder photos were also taken and later offered for sale.
Admission was before 8:30 p.m. Later, a number of taxis were available. Will definitely come again.

Lovely up market place to visit in Benidorm. Beautiful decor. Show was spectacular. Price of drinks reasonable. Food was good. Magician was out of this world. Spanish dancing went on a bit long though.

Great show in Benidorm, for all ages. This year, Rubi, makes a journey through the 40 years of history of the Benidorm Palace, and in it we see music and dance from the different seasons, and different styles. They also intersperse magic and stunt numbers, in addition to having a singer. Recommended.

It is amazing at what high level the program is presented. A visual and acoustic delight in a city like Benidorm. The organization of the service is only to be rated as excellent. A place to recommend.

Amazing show! The air con is so good that I was actually chilly and had to borrow a jacket. The music with dinner is a little too loud and sadly, my salmon was dry and overcooked. Everything else was superb! Staff were great, rest of the food was great. Totally worth paying the extra money for the good seats - D19 is a great table!

Excellent evening of food and entertainment, would recommend to anyone wanting a good night out.

Sad news Benidorm Palace had closed 24 October 2020 due to new curfew and other restrictions
.Hope they can open ASAP.
WILL BE MISSED BY US ALL

Went for 40th anniversary show and was amazing, had acts such as dancing, magic, hashten yoga and umm naked chefs with pans hiding their main course (no pun intended lol) but was brilliant.

It is a very good show !! They change the decoration continuously, and an impressive display of costumes, the truth that is enjoyed a lot, highly recommended.

Great food entertainment and friendly helpful staff

There is a lot of mess with the waiters. The same thing is that they charge by commission. It's a little mess.

Not as good as it used to be they have cut down on the acts and time fill the show with the dancers.

I go every year. This year I did not like it at all. How can we dance flamenco on modern songs ???? We are in Spain or in the ocean? No colorful costumes, as usual,. In short sad and without color. Really too disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic shows, we went last year and again this year. They change the show every year and never fail to amaze. Well worth a visit, and the drinks are not to expensive.

Good food, great show and plenty to drink at reasonable prices.

Have been here before, this time went on a Thursday evening to watch Aqua it was ok but if I'm being honest it didn't have the Wow factor as previous shows ,if you are going go as early as possible as table views might not be great also couldn't understand why when playing to a full palace they didn't open both bars sorry but it was very slow service .
Would still recommend a visit to see a show .
