Top quality but expensive suppose you get what you pay for

Very welcoming staff and awesome brand can't wait to go back and see the team again for my next purchase.

A benchmark for customer service. Purchased a pair of jeans that developed a hole in them very quickly. Sadly I was unable to visit the store as I live abroad. They were able to send me a new pair of jeans free of charge in exchange for my old ones. Aiden went above and beyond to sort out the problem. Aiden develops confidence in the Belstaff brand, and has definitely made me a returning customer who will gladly recommend Belstaff to anyone.

Fantastic staff at the Manchester store. Really knowledgable about Belstaff products. The team couldn't be more helpful in finding my size from stock and advice with styling.
The store had so much great clothing that we will be visiting again....very soon !!

I love belstaff. Staff in the manchester store are brilliant. I have purchased 2 leather jackets and customer service excellent. Didnt have my size online and they went out of their way to make sure they found the jacket and size I wanted

I have had at least 5 Belstaff jackets from here among various other items of clothing and accessories. I had a jacket which unfortunately failed me after 12 months. It was promptly dealt with in store by the manager Kris and Aidan. Unfortunately it came back and it still wasnt right.

However... as I always say it's not about what goes wrong it's about how its put right. Kris and the team went above and beyond. I know I'm not the easiest customer in the world so I can only thank them for the patience and understanding as I know I can be hardwork!

They are all brilliant and so helpful and offered me candid advice and opinions without any pushy sales pitches, they have your best interest at heart and want to make sure it's the right jacket for you. Kris the manager put me at ease and took all the stress away. I honestly think he uses "the force", he is just the nicest guy who follows through and sorts it and rest assured he does. He leads a fantastic environment and I have to say I have never felt so comfortable and confident in my choice. I exchanged the original coat and walked out with the Gangster 2.0 in cognac. I have every trust in the team and will always make sure that i recommend to anyone in the market for a new jacket to go there. The professionalism and values of the team are second to none and I couldn't not speak highly enough of them. There is also a lovely new French girl who I think has just started and she was great in helping me chose the right jacket too. I'm looking forward to my next visit to look for a winter coat.

Bought a Roadmaster, stitching on the seams failed within 2years. Covered by a 26minth warranty according to the Belstaff website but Customer services refused to honour their own warranty because I bought the jacket from one of their approved retailers and not direct.

Buy a Barbour and save your money, 1/3 of the price and better quality products.

My favourite clothes shop...rugged and ultra stylish gear and, whilst you pay for the quality, that's exactly what you get.......QUALITY. Cannot walk past the door without taking a peak inside. Always made welcome by the charming staff.

Want a jacket from here but there sales are not great and for value.

Went in to buy a jacket few years ago, the staff where to busy giving champagne to someone who looks like they'd bought a t shirt!! I'm sure they're different staff now and with social distancing have probably done away with the champagne... Lovely clothes and a nice shop

I recently sent me Roadmaster here for a re wax. Very polite and helpful staff and quick turnaround. The jacket came back in as new condition.

Been comming here for over 10 years now, over the last 3 years I've noticed a Steady decline in both Customer service, and selection of clothing, visited 8/12/18 found 5 clothing articles (medium) (large) carrying None stock available, Very Disappointing, My Thoughts are Now, if you want Quality Clothing Belstaff, and other High Quality items, Visit Nigel Clares in Chorley, Very friendly staff, Attentive, Accommodating in every aspect, they give The Real Personal Touch you'd expect when spending, Thousands of pounds.

The customer service was fantastic, very happy with my purchase.

Bought a new Trailmaster in there yesterday. Customer experience was ok, but not great. Would expect a lot better from a shop like this. Don't think I'll bother using the shop again and just go online.
