Fantastic Drs Surgery, both male and female drs. Workers clinic if you are full time employed can get a late appointment on Thursday evening. Every morning you can visit the walk in clinics to see a dr.
Nurses and Health Care Assistants in this surgery. Minor surgery at this surgery as well as clinics for number of problems. Surgery has online booking on there website which is a bonus.
Staff are all friendly and helpful and inside and outside of building is always clean and tidy.

Before COVID they were impossible to get an appointment with. During COVID they have been useless. They referred a tiny infection to 111 who referred it to Queen Elizabeth who then referred it back to the GP. I have revised this review to 3 stars to reflect their excellent flu jab operation..

I would rate this surgery 4.5 out of 5. I've been to various places in my lifetime and this is the best in my experience. Reception staff are helpful and give good advice, pharmacy staff too, they all follow up any concerns, keeping you informed and up to date. The Dr I have mainly seen is wonderful, has helped me immensely and the other Dr's I've seen are good too. I'm very grateful for their treatment. Overall, they are a great team with a good work ethic and I feel valued, looked after and listened to. Only ever had one minor issue that was a miscommunication and that was dealt with well afterwards.

Bad service. Stay away from Dr. Mitrova. This woman haven't got a clue what she's doing. She has a problem to refer patient to a specialist when it's required and even will refuse blood test. I had to go privately and pay for gynecologist and blood test which is extremely unfair as I am paying taxes and NI contributions. I had two transfusions last year due to nasty miscarriage and should undertake blood tests regularly bIts a ut Dr Mitrova doesn't see a reason why.

The only thing good that this clinic has is the walk in in the morning.
In the weekend is not opened, despite what it has said in the website.
The receptionists are the worst. Their are not helpful at all and very rude.
I had the need to speak with a gp few times during my pregnancy and this was denied to me and I have been told to refer and go to the midwife. Which of course I did and gues what? The midwife reminded me that for that sort of things I could go to the GP as well!!She was astonished when I told her what happened! Same thing for the routin visit the GP should do during the pregnancy. Apparently they don t do it, but the midwife told me that they are paid for it! So they should do it! Similar story to set up a repited prescription for gestational diabete with the chemistry, they sent me back and forward putting responsibility and actions on the Chemistry, which I don t think it was fair. And now again with the flu vaccine! I called to book an appointment and guess what! I have been told to go to the pharmacy or that I would receive a letter if I was in the list of ppeople in need of it. The very rude receptionist didn t bother in answering my question on when I should expect to receive it, neither asked me at which week of my pregnancy I am as the vaccine should be done by week 32 and I am week 32!!!!! And I reminded her more than once that I was pregnant!
Worst service I have ever had in a clinic, and I changed few of them.

Some aspects of this practice are very good - friendly children's nurse and more often than not I have been able to get an appointment and the econsult works well for minor problems. However, I've spoken to a receptionist today who made me feel like I was an inconvenience in trying to arrange 2 appointments. Anyone would think I'd be on the phone for half hour, the call was a few minutes long. So perhaps some customer care training wouldn't go amiss. It's a shame as I was once relieved to go to a doctors where the receptionists took the time to speak to you like a human being.

I used this surgery since I was 4 years old (am now almost 60) and they have looked after 3 generation of my family. Excellent doctors who will shut up and LISTEN to what you have to say. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am so grateful that during the Covid-19 crisis, the surgery has such an efficient on-line service. It has been invaluable to be able to contact them on-line to order repeat prescriptions etc. When I needed to see a Doctor, I filled in the on-line request form and the surgery rang me back and offered me a face to face appointment for the next day. I was seen within 20 mins under socially distanced conditions. All the staff are so friendly and helpful you know you are in safe hands.

I recently moved out of their catchment area and so they discharged me and my family, said they sent a letter informing us, which we didn't receive. I have a rolling prescription for medication I need to control a condition I suffer with so the online pharmacy I use contacted the surgery for the prescription as they do every 3 months and the practice, moreover Dr Cotter, refused to issue it. I wasn't registered elsewhere so had no way of getting a prescription. Luckily I know someone else who takes the meds I am on so have managed to source some whilst i get a prescription from my new GP. So all up...not a very happy experience with this practise unfortunately.

Used to be good but things have gone down hill so much. Needed to book a smear test and have had to book an appointment for Feb, thats almost 2 months away! I appreciate as a working mum I'm limited on what days / times I can attend but it's an absolute joke. No wonder the last report they received from the Care Quality Commission gave them "requires improvement".

Update***after waiting 2 months my appointment has been cancelled and no alternative appointment could be given for this week, such a joke. Can't believe the appalling service given by this Doctors. Stay away!!!!

The doctor that my grandmother had was lovely, very informative and helpful and much more supportive than other doctors may be. However I just want to mention; I called at 12 and voicemail said line only open between 9 to 12 and 2 till 6 and so I called again at 2:30, only to get to my line I wanted to be sent to another voicemail saying this line open from 9 to 1 . Yes that would ve been great to know at the beginning !!

This is not my doctors surgery, but that of my partner. He has called this surgery on several occasions trying to make an appointment, because he is unwell. On every call he is told they will call him back with an appointment. Today he was told they have been extremely busy when he said he had called several times before. This is not the first time he has been told this either. I have asked him to leave, but he believes Dr Cotter to be a good doctor, but that's all a bit useless if you cannot get an appointment to see anyone! Most Doctors Receptionists are absolute trolls, they should have a spell on the other end sometime or spend some time watching a loved one in pain because no one cares enough to ensure they get to see a doctor!!

Bellegrove Surgery - you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

My mum who is dying called them out once, now has received letter to find another practice for living too far away. When she informed them she had moved 6 years ago they told her it was ok. SHAME on you
