A proper jewellers and watch repairs, old school. If it can't be fixed here, it can't be fixed. Wonderful service, polite people, fair prices for outstanding workmanship!

Forget watch battery specialist rip off merchants. If you have a decent watch Bellefontaines' will provide the best replacement and service and have skills and customer service others lack. They are also best value.

Amazing service went to have links taken out my watch from Ernest jones and was told I could only have two links out my watch ?! That was a load of crap as I went to this jewellers and they took out more links for me at a discounted price as I had been messed around. Life Savers!! Thank you

Having purchased a number of items from Bellefontaines Jewellers over the years, I have always found them to be extremely professional and polite. They have also made some beautiful bespoke items of jewellery.

Oh dear, not the lovely shop I remember from just a few years ago, it has definitely lost it's charm. Grubby, tatty and unloved, with a rather brusque young man behind the counter. I wont be shopping there again.

I decided to buy my girlfriend a promise ring and came to Bellefontaine's to do so, and I'm very glad I did.

The staff I interacted with were polite, friendly and incredibly informative. I had not used many jewelers before hand, but out of all of them Bellefontaine's was far and away the best. I ended up having the ring made by them, and it ended up being even better than I had imagined. It was a beautiful piece, clearly made with skill and care. The engraving was clear and legible, if a bit small. I was kept up to date through the process, and it was completed promptly and within the time frame that had been discussed. My girlfriend loved it!

Overall, it was a wonderful and easy experience and I would definitely go back!

Only took 2 watches in for battery and pressure testing. Very pleasant shop and staff. Felt that the same service would be extended to customers whether they were simply changing batteries or buying expensive clocks

Always helpful and patient. Has given valuation of items inherited. Never disparaging about small items of cheap jewellery of sentimental value which I have wanted repaired (which some other jewellers have been). Would always try here first. Very reasonable. Interesting information about gemstones on display.

Helpful Family concern needed links taken out of new watch then was advised that they change Omega watch batteries and were a registered repairer of Omega so I took my sons 4 year old Omega great service and reasonable price so returned daughters Tag watch and my own Emporai Armani also no problem. Would highly recommend this friendly shop thank you

A very friendly family run business. Always my first choice for gifts for my wife or special anniversaries. They stock a wide range of interesting gifts at sensible prices.

The staff are well informed, patient and understanding - nothing appears to be too much trouble. I have yet to leave the shop empty handed.

It is so unusual to experience such care in our modern rush, rush world.

Had to stop by to get my watch strap changed. The gentleman who served me was so helpful. This is a gem of a jewellers. Its beautifully calm inside with comfy seats and reminded me of how jewellers should be. Plus it's an independent business so should be used. Please please please give them your business.

Very professional done really good repair to both my clock and watch

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've taken both V expensive items and just costume items in, and on every occasion I can say I've been treated with respect. I've taken a very sentimental watch in when others have said it's not worth looking at as it's a wind up one, and Bellefontaines have come up trumps and their brilliant staff have not only got it working but also charged a good price... I've bought watch straps, writing pen for husband for 25th wedding anniversary, engagement ring plus other items and had items valued and cleaned and I've been happy every time. An independent shop where you get personal attention. Def recommend.

Just had a new engagement, wedding and eternity ring custom made using the diamonds from my original engagement ring. Fantastic service, very personal compared with high street chains and kept well informed of progress via email. Absolutely delighted with the result and special thanks to Tony for listening to my request and producing exactly what I had hoped for. Thoroughly recommend!
