Clean, good looking place, comfortable to live & safety.

The people in this building are fine. Maintenance sucks! I have placed calls for no heat or water and zero calls back! You pay a lot of money for rent but no attention when you need help.

The walk through was gross, you have to pay $150 to reserve the elevator when you move in and move out so $300 you dont get back Ooook. Crack head looking ppl leaving in the building, in a ghetto neighborhood. Building is barely maintained and made from plastic. Rent/lease at your own risk

Nice and comfortable. Close access to downtown and LRT stations.
