Suburban Hospitals don't come any better than this and their main Marquette facility. Forget these negative reviews. I travel the country, need cancer-related surgical care, The Compassion expertise currency kindness of this team is world class and deeply appreciated.

I went to the ER approximately eight times from June-October for problems related to cancer. Each time I went, the nurses and Doctors treated me quickly and with kindness, respect and humor. I can't say enough good things about them.

Lady who checked me in was extremely judgmental as to why I was I was there. Kept making remarks, talked to me as if I was stupid then said well how do you expect to pay for this - even though I paid the 8k upfront in cash 3 weeks back. Horrible.

I brought my wife to the er with abdominal pain. After looking at an ultrasound the doctor told her she needed to go to Green Bay for emergency surgery. This was at one pm. They flip flopped on either sending her by ambulance or air for several hours, all while telling her I could not drive her because of her infected gallbladder burst she would die. The doctor repeatedly told her no. She would die if I brought her. After 8 hours she signed a waiver and left ama to have me drive to Green Bay. Once at st Mary s hospital they ran bloodwork and told her that although her gallbladder was flared up it was NOT infected and they can tell by just looking at her bloodwork. And they also had no idea why the doctors at bell said she urgently needed surgery. The gallbladder did need to come out but she was in no danger of dying from it like the er doc at bell had repeatedly told her. Go anywhere else if you need treatment. This is not the first bad experience we ve had at this er.
