These people are nothing but liars. I was lied to about the tire and service maintenance. When I got home I realized the individual who sold it to me lied so I went back because they told me it was fully refundable. I filled out the refund paperwork. It was conveniently lost. Took over four months and many phone calls and emails to finally get my money back.

They force you to purchase their Ultra Guard (it s part of the purchase price). Then when you schedule your service, they don t bother to tell you they don t do the Ultra Guard on Saturdays. I drove close to an hour both ways to get this done. I waited to see if I could get a refund on that. They finally said someone would call me. In true Bell Ford fashion, no one called me. More and more lies.

I bought a 2021 Ford eco sport with the airbag light on, and some dents in the roof. The salesman, Matias, said they would fix it quickly, but it s been 4 weeks and nothing has been done. I drive around with my 2 year old from time to time, and it would be nice if they somewhat considered the importance of our safety. But from my point of view, no concern has been shown.

Jose Quintero was fantastic to work with. Jose was very knowledgeable, and and didn t pressure me at all to make a decision. I came by the dealership to just window shop and check out the F150 s, and ended up driving away with one. If you walk in the doors at bell Ford ask for Jose!

Checked with my sales person Kevin about a used daily driver for my sister who moved to Pinetop. He was quick to find one on a Saturday he had just taken in on trade. Working with him and Adam in finance, able to get a gem of a car 10 years old with only 35k miles. Bell Ford came through! We also appreciate they support our community at Ridgeline Academy as a bonus!

Worst customer service ever! You know when you spend 45,000$ on a vehicle you kinda just expect the paint to last longer than the payments on the vehicle. That is not the case here. I recently purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT. Ive had the Truck for less than 8 months and the paint is already peeling off on the rear tail gate in huge peices it s literally blistering and flaking away to the touch. Upon further inspection there in no primer under the coat of paint (clearly a factory defect) so I brought it to the Ford dealership on bell road and got brushed off from one manager to another. Finally they send me to the collision department where they guy tries to tell me that it s probably an aftermarket tail gate that was painted somewhere else. He runs the vin and finds an open claim from the previous owner Todd . Apparently Todd had an issue with the paint peeling off on the roof as well 3 days out of the factory warranty that Ford refused to fix.so he tells me they won t fix my tailgate either. This truck isn t even 4 years old and has paint missing on both the roof and tailgate! As I look on the wall I see Bell Fords mission statement :

I got the luck of the draw with Kyle Johnson when I visited Bell Ford recently to check out their Ford Escape hybrid. What was so nice, it was a late Saturday visit just to do a test drive to see if it was a car that would work for me. Kyle was able to get me a fantastic deal so I cut my car hunt short and got the car on the spot. Which sometimes is difficult to do - especially late on a Saturday. But Kyle made it fast, fun and easy. Thanks so much Kyle for great customer service. Bell Ford is lucky to have you.

We recently had the opportunity to purchase a new Bronco Sport from Alex at Bell Ford. Alex took the time to answer our questions and was very knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with us and never pressured us or made us feel rushed. My family has purchased many vehicles over the years from Bell Ford and we will continue to do so. They always go above and beyond and it is evident they value their customers. Harley also spent a great deal of time talking to us and helped to make our experience that much more enjoyable.
