Worst customer service ever! You know when you spend 45,000$ on a vehicle you kinda just expect the paint to last longer than the payments on the vehicle. That is not the case here. I recently purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT. Ive had the Truck for less than 8 months and the paint is already peeling off on the rear tail gate in huge peices it s literally blistering and flaking away to the touch. Upon further inspection there in no primer under the coat of paint (clearly a factory defect) so I brought it to the Ford dealership on bell road and got brushed off from one manager to another. Finally they send me to the collision department where they guy tries to tell me that it s probably an aftermarket tail gate that was painted somewhere else. He runs the vin and finds an open claim from the previous owner Todd . Apparently Todd had an issue with the paint peeling off on the roof as well 3 days out of the factory warranty that Ford refused to fix.so he tells me they won t fix my tailgate either. This truck isn t even 4 years old and has paint missing on both the roof and tailgate! As I look on the wall I see Bell Fords mission statement :

so please bell Ford tell me more about how you do what s right every time? I d love to hear it and tell you about the memorable experience you left me with!
