Their after sales service is impeccable. Had a problem with my shower charger. Took barely any time to get the right person on the phone. Yves was knowledgeable and very friendly and responded quickly to calls and emails. They replaced the item no questions asked and shipped it quickly. Couldn t ask for better service from them.

This was almost a bad review. And, yes, when I finally found a store that had the part in stock for the first and the second faucet cartridge, they happily replaced it for free. And on the third time when I could not find the part, and was very frustrated, their headquarters helped me out. Really, it's hard to criticize that kind of longevity, reliability, service, and lifetime warranty. So, in the end, thinking with my head, they get five stars. Dan Romano

Some day I have got the problem with "Delta" kitchen faucet, I called to BELANGER with request of the help, and immediately had a customer service response. They sent me the new cartridge for free, and I got it on next business day. The plumber replaced the cartridge and the faucet back to normal. I very appreciate the quick response of customer service and parts providing by Belanger.

The faucet I bought was decent for the price. It was a value purchase and did pretty good for how inexpensive it was. Nice design. It did break down within the warranty period but the customer service was prompt and the new part is in the mail just 48 hours after inquiring. Just needed to send a picture. Very good service. I would recommend and would buy this brand again, just remember that you get what you pay for and if you go for the lowest price they can't put as much metal and design into it and keep it affordable as in the more expensive ones. Another note, our water is quite hard and probably contributed to it breaking down prematurely. Overall pretty good for a cheap faucet and again, great service.

Opened a box to install our new shower fixtures to find one piece missing. Called and asked if they sold the part separate and was wow'd when they sent a replacement free of charge within 2 days. Great service!

I'm a plumber, I go to alot of different suppliers. I've never been to one that won't give you order without a PO number. I'm in a rush and they really don't care. I seem to be bothering them. Giving them my company name and a description of what's on the bill seems to be annoying them. Like I should know they can't find a work order with that information. It took them I will be avoiding this place as much as possible.
