Learn from an insurance broker (M.J-f Lapointe) 4 months after our auto + home insurance subscription that our contract has been terminated because of my legal record of more than 5 years. My wife had already declared everything. VERY ordinary, why not have done your checks before granting us the insurance? Are insurance brokers not all in their business like the one we talked about? Does it often happen that you give this kind of experience to your customers?

Bad customer experience, I was nevertheless not responsible for the car accident, let alone the treatment received. Conflicting situation between an auto parts breaker, by '' it seems you '' .. an error of the garage employee. The latter would have made a mistake in his assessment, and a co-operative insurer to satisfy me fully, as a customer. The insurer refused to change the bumpy hood of my car, while the garage appraiser mandated by my insurer had confirmed to me to have to change my hood by a new one. Result: I felt disrespected, caught in the discordant history, conflict between the decisions of the two instances, additional delays, misunderstandings, it was for me very unpleasant to live.

I had an accident during the first week of construction and outside the province as well. Everything was settled quickly. I had a rental car for the rest of my trip and back to Quebec. They reimbursed all my invoices related to the accident (car bench, taxis, etc.) without asking any questions. Super good service with all the agents I spoke to!

After having been insured for home and auto for 4 months, I received a call telling me that I will no longer be insured because of my spouse's legal record when the auto insurance is only in my name. I would have preferred to have it told me at the time of subscription. Especially since I had already given them the necessary information. Very disapointed

Great car insurance with fair price and quick services on the phone. You actually don't need anything more than that from a car insurance. I'm a person who take good care of its car so I need an insurance that rewards good driver and even if I'm a new driver it already stat to pay off.

Yesterday again I had a refusal from you to insure my house because I have 2 American Bullys of 3 years old with all their obedience courses, non-aggressiveness paper up to date, neck closed on all sides NEVER had a claim, No criminal record , A1 credit and yet you refused me again and again for my home so for my part my dogs are part of my family and if we are too irresponsible given the breed of my dogs you do not deserve ALL my other things to be insured with you !!! So go to MultiRisque from January !!! It's been 3 years since I paid $ 2300 per year for my home and I just halved by accepting my 2 BULLYS

Complaint made recently, very respectful, courteous and professional and quick on the phone.
Having also used the chat service, the professionalism is the same.
The call returns were made as promised and all the checks so that the repair of my vehicle was done without a hitch and close to my home.
A big + in my opinion, the repair carried out is guaranteed for life as long as I remain the owner of the vehicle :)!
I did not have to pay a deductible since the damage was due to a hit and run!

I have been a loyal client of Belair Direct for almost 20 years but am now shopping for another provider due to the insane way they approach their car insurance. I am 50 years old and recently moved from Longueil to Sutton in the country and have the same 4 door sedan Subaru (with a 100% clean drivers record my entire life) BUT my insurance with them went up from $75 to $110 per month when I changed address and when I asked for an explanation they said it was because "we charge more if you don't live in the same address for a long time". I had lived in my Longueil address for over 20 years and this is my only move out of the suburbs and into the country. Makes no sense and other providers have offered lower rate (not introductory either). Try different car insurance providers and don't go with these Belaire guys because they make no sense what so ever!
