Bought a new HE washer. I was not informed that it MAY cause all my lights in my house to flick on and off in cadence with the washers agitation cycle?? I was instructed to call an Electrician, ( Really ). I called GE and they acted like they never heard of this. I find that very hard to believe? Look at it this way. When you need a washer it is usually because your's quit working after 15-20 years give or take right? Well people selling these new washers should realize this and know that the flicking of lights may because your house may be old and circuits may be old outdated too right? It should be part of the sale information? If you go on line you will read all about this issue. I emailed Eric to only be ignored, then I filled out a survey sent to me and still being ignored?? I am a long time customer. Their ad on the radio brags how neighborly they are and how long in business etc. The HE washers are very different and take some getting used to in my opinion?Happy camper? No !

The Salesperson, Andrea was so nice! I definitely had a hard time deciding and she just went with the flow so I never felt rushed. She was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture and offered tips on figuring the right size, best options for my family and pricing.
The delivery was easy and the guys set everything up quickly and efficiently. They did a great job!
I love my furniture and would definitely go back to Beiter's again.

Spoke to a lady out of the Williamsport office regarding delivery times and she was very very rude. I see other negative reviews regarding customer delivery service out of the Williamsport office. Mansfield staff are wonderful to work with.

No pressure in show room. Great selection. Delivery was ahead of time. Delivery men were exceptionally polite, and were very careful with our furniture and with carrying it into our home.

Went into the Lock Haven location and they informed me that the item I wanted was at the Williamsport location. The person that helped me was incredibly nice and very attentive. I had even stopped in earlier this week to gauge prices of couches for my upcoming living room remodel and Tina Schauer was incredibly helpful even though I was just window shopping for the moment. Walked into Williamsport the next day and wow. Dealt with what the reception person told me was named Karen and just wow. I told her that the person called and had my name put on it. She was incredibly rude and kept typing as she was asking questions and I kept informing her a hold was put on an item I don't know where it would be. I then told her I guess I will just go look for it by myself and then she stopped me to actually help. I had to look back up on my phone the model number. When we got to it she told me it was already sold with a tag on it. I picked it up and looked and it was my name and the S had been altered to an H. If I had not done this I would have just walked away. I then inquired why even though it was 50% the original price was marked 60 dollars higher than the online price. (I will be in contact with management this week about this because there is no reason sales people should not be able to tell me this information and if there isn't a reason I got ripped off) Karen even went out of her way to inform me that the people at Lock Haven usually have no idea what they are doing and that it may need to be corrected. Even if she thinks this, berating fellow employees just hurts the business you are representing in front of customers. The people who loaded it were really nice. I went back in to inquire my sales persons name and the person asked if I wanted to talk to her, I told her how she was behaving and the sales person who was assisting other customers gave me a look that they were not surprised to hear what I had to say. Karen is the literal definition of over entitled. I honestly hope the person in Lock Haven got any commission or credit for the sale.

Wish their delivery was free, considering you're paying $1000+ for furniture already, but otherwise great options, friendly employees, would go there again.

Easy transaction, especially during a global pandemic. Easy delivery with nice automated updates about progress. Would definitely use again!

Don't buy from this place... Do yourself a favor and run as far away as you can. You won't get your furniture. Its paid in full and they won't bring the one recliner. We have called effortlessly and they won't pick up there phone or acknowledge that they owe us that recliner. Bad business smh.

I purchase furniture and appliances from Beiter's on a fairly regular basis for a group home that I supervise. I only need to give the sales person an idea of what I'm looking for,and they can immediately show me a selection of items that suit my needs and budget. I would recommend Beiters as a "must visit" stop for a wide variety of styles and prices.

Bought my first couch from Beiters recently and they couldn t have been nicer. Mike was my salesman and he was wonderful, it was just delivered today and both gentleman who moved the old out and brought the new in were very nice as well, and did a great job. I definitely will be a customer again. Great business and easy to work with!

Beiter's has great sales, but I will never buy from them again because they use A & E for warranty repairs.

We had a great experience with Beider s. I bought a sectional from them and it was a smooth process. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly and the delivery gentlemen were also very friendly and very helpful with moving my old furniture out. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Very poor customer service. We called for help when trying to convert a crib to a bed for our son that we had bought from them. The sales associate was rude and actually hung up on my wife. Called back to the supervisor, also no help. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bought a brand new washer and dryer. Took maybe 20 mins total to complete the transaction start to finish. Delivery people were very professional, friendly and helpful.

Heather did a great job it was a simple sell for her because I knew what I was looking for but she took care of us. Smooth transaction. The dining room set was nice and brolic. It should last for a long while. I wish I could ve found a living room set but I ll just blame Covid-19.

Great customer service. Went in and bought a washer with no hassle of sales people pushing products. I was let to shop on my own with any questions I had answered promptly. The next week I bought a dryer by just calling. With free delivery and hook up. Great hometown store to buy from. I recommend shopping here to anyone. Make it your first stop.

Furniture very comfortable. The delivery guys had a tough time getting the furniture in our home but that was because we didn t measure and purchased something larger than we should have. BUT they got everything in the home and set up in no time. Very nice guys!!

Staff very friendly and helpful while I was looking at furniture

My new washer was delivered Wednesday and the promised time was between 8:15 am and 10:15 am. This was confirmed by text and a voicemail. They never showed, so I called and was told I was accidentally removed from the delivery list. They never arrived with my washer until that afternoon. I paid $62.54 for delivery and missed an entire days work waiting on the washer. When I called and asked if I d be credited something back for my time, the very rude woman said they don t do that. Lowe s offers free delivery, I will be going there for all future appliances, and sharing this experience will all my friends, co-workers and family.

Had a great price on some furniture. Told the rep that we wanted it, but he never placed it on hold. Someone else bought it. Now we are without a couch. Very poor customer service.

Delivery guys were professional and polite. We always go to Beiters first. Marlin and Linda are always friendly and great to work with. We have never had an issue with anything we purchased from the store.

We needed a new washer and dryer and this is where we find friendly sales people who are knowledgeable, helpful and like their jobs. We were pleased with our purchase and installation.

Large selection yet its pretty much help yourself or deal with overbearing sales person that doesnt seem to know beans about what they are trying to push on you and the prices are not that grand even on sale was a much better place when it was downtown williamsport

Absolute worst experience I've ever had purchasing appliances. They couldn't install the washer or dryer. They hooked up the refrigerator wrong, and also sent me a fridge with a defective door. I had the service man come 2 separate times to fix the door and ended up ordering a new door. Waited 2 months for the door to come and no follow-up from Beiters to schedule installation. Called 2 times to figure out when the door was coming in and got no answer and no explanation. Finally was able to schedule the door to be fixed after the 3rd call and 2.5 months from the 2nd service visit. Not holding my breathe on them fixing the door correctly. Overall, awful customer service and poor products; strongly recommend to go anywhere else to get your appliances besides the Beiters of South Williamsport and absolute joke of a business.

I found my experience with Beiter's very good overall. The salesperson did forget to offer Scotchgard on my couch and it is an option so I was a little disappointed about that. Also, I was confused as to how to reserve an item if it was out of stock. Initially they said they would hold it for me and I didn't need a deposit they would just let me know when they were coming in and I can pay for it then and then they told me no, you need a deposit and we will hold it for you until it comes in. So communication wasn't great but the item itself is very good (I got a sectional) and the delivery guys were pretty good too.

Wonderful sale price on the upright freezer we bought. Sales lady was very nice and not pushy at all.

Found a hole in 700$ chair. Reported it to them and quickly had a replacement.

I would not suggest shopping here if you want to keep your personal information private. Beiters put my personal information on someone else's sale. I called three times to get this fixed and not one of the people I talked to was competent enough to remove my information.

The delivery men were very professional and careful when they delivered and set up my new furniture. I was extremely satisfied with the service and that we didn't have to do it ourselves!

Good place worth stopping in before you go to the big box stores

My mom and dad have been loyal customers of Beiters for yrs. Lately Beiters has told my parents no we won't sell you parts unless our technician comes out and checks out the problem. Yeah at 100. A pop. Both of my parents are disabled and on a limited income.... REALLY..... I FOUND THE PROBLEM ALL I NEEDED WAS THE PART... IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. ONVE YOU BUY DO NOT EXPECT ANY TYPE OF HELP OR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THROUGH THE NOSE. WHICH YOU DO WHEN YOU BUY HERE...

They did an excellent job in meeting my needs. Delivered when asked and on time.

Got a "scratch and dent" fridge for a steal. The issue? Missing cover on the lightbulb.

I went in knowing what I wanted and was able to easily order it and have it delivered. The delivery people were very prompt and had my new desk and bookshelf unloaded and in the house in no time.

Third time was the charm hopefully. My mother had issues with mattresses being the right ones but the sectional and table we bought are amazing. Update orig order june wrong mattress that slides off moving bed had to reorder. No call back for update of delivery after it didn't happen the day we were told... Balls were dropped everywhere I will never buy from here again when it comes to mattresses

Excellent customer service. There was a mix up where we ended up getting the wrong size bed frame. They delivered the correct frame to the house the next day and even disassembled the wrong one and reassembled the new one all free of charge.

You need a better and easier web site. And maintain it by regular updates.

My whole experience with Beiters was great...from selection, to sales person, and delivery.

Well my issue isn't resolved yet but it seems the Williamsport store oversees the Mansfield store?( That's the impression I get?) I really don't know what is the truth at this point I finally (I think) have a issue with our purchase resolved? But have to wait over a week for delivery! On the subject of delivery the staff say one thing the website says something different? They always wanted to charge us for delivery of our purchase so (even being disabled) we rented a trailer to get out original purchase!!! The website says out purchased was eligible for FREE DELIVERY? Hmmm we spent more than the minimum requirement listed on the site but they wanted to charge us $59.00 not kosher Beiters! Not if you want your customers to return!!! Here's what Beiters website says about Delivery!

Sure there's a charge for furniture we did get a $400 couch by we got a mattress that was supposed to be have free delivery and they would have been here anyway???

Their furniture stuck. Got a couch for 600 plus tax and 2years old, the back is falling apart and the foot area is broken and the lights don't work no more even with a new light bulb
