It took 3 weeks to get my Adjustable Bed and Frame with Covid going on.. But they were very fast and Professional dureing set up ..Also bought a washer and dryer a few weeks later good Quality stuff .Good customer service. Sunbury location is where I purchased all my items from beiters..Go Sunbury you got a good sale team ..Ill be back agian

Bought a living room set. The guys had the old stuff out and new stuff in and set up in about 45 min. Only wish haul away fees and forms of payment were better disclosed and discussed at time of purchase.

I saw the dishwasher I wanted on-line. I called the Milton Store, on Saturday where Dan told me they could have it by Tuesday. I was called that day , went , picked up the item at a great price and the whole experience was fast and pleasant. Have been dealing with this store for nearly 20 years since I retired here in 1998.

Good sized furniture store with quite a large selection of furniture at a decent prices. Staff we dealt with here kind and seemed to want to help. Although the store has changed and updated quite a bit it still seems dated.

I've used Echo Flooring in Bieters for many years. I could not afford the wood flooring so I had picked two others. Different applications. When I had to make a decision my sales lady was with anither client. Here they were both tile!! Your never certain what your buying, not to mention the price doubled when my square footage was half of what I had originally thought. Nothing is marked as to what it is and no prices are posted. Their compitition does both of these. Not to mention I got wood for the same price as their tile. Bye Echo Flooring!

Over priced on about everything, they don't run like the place used to they would cut you deals especially if you bought more than one item.

Wonderful experience, Matt at the Sunbury store was very knowledgeable about our refrigerator purchase. Delivery staff was great, took the time to explain the features. All the staff were kind, virtuous, and progressional. Highly recommended

Huge selection of furniture and appliances. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

They screwed up our furnite order twice yet kept calling to say our stuff was there. 4 trips with the enclosed trailer. And they still didn't have our stuff made us wait 2 months from start to finish for a couch they had instock on the floor. Then we waited another week for the to deliver because I would not drive there a 5th time

Was hoping they had more in the floor as display because ordering furniture without seeing it in person is a little scary. Good service and we ended up buying something today because they offered a good sale price.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Beiter s when purchasing a new washer and dryer for our home. Eric went above and beyond to make sure the units I wanted were going to fit in the designated laundry space. I had previously ordered the units through another company which was a huge mistake. Beiter s offered an excellent price and quick delivery. The delivery guys were great as well. Thank you!

Once I persuaded someone to actually help me in the showroom, I had a great experience. Was simple, quick, easy to pay and schedule delivery. Was delivered the next day. Loved the app that allowed my to see where they were along the delivery line-up, that along with text messages really narrowed down expected delivery time. Delivery crew was quick, tidy, polite. No complaints!

Internet issues and the prices were a little high on some items

Received outstanding service at Beiter s! We came to Beiter s because we had problems getting a floor for our kitchen that we had picked out at a large home improvement store and we were in the middle of the remodel with no lead on when the floor we had selected would arrive. As a last resort to keep the project moving forward we checked out Beiter s, a move I wish we had made from the beginning! Their selection is one of the largest if not the largest in the area. We brought numerous samples home, drove back and within an hour had a nicer floor picked out than the original we had planned at a price we were happy with!

My experience with them was excellent will definitely buy from there again!!

I needed a dishwasher and a fridge for 2 rentals. They got me these in great time and did a great job. I'd highly recommend!

I bought a King Koil mattress in late December 2015. I was told it was firm, and had inner springs. By early March had a 4 inch depression. Called them, and was told warranty was void if the mattress had any dirt on it. (Not mentioned on warranty.) Also told since I didn't buy a mattress pad from them, it was dirty. (without seeing it. I have a mattress pad.) They are DISHONEST. The last thing I got from them was a microwave that lasted 10 months. They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fantastic service, selection was a little low but they promptly ordered what we wanted and had it delivered and set up in no time at all. Would buy from there again

Bought a refrigerator with a rebate. Sent it in and refrigerator didn't qualify! They did nothing about it

Excellent customer service and ease of purchasing. Delivery men were prompt, courteous and professional.

Went there to look at appliances. The salesman had very little knowledge of the products he was trying to sell and immediately stopped caring about customer service when he found out I wasn't buying that day. I normally like to support small businesses but that was discouraging and I took my money to lowes.

They may possibly have the worst service department I have ever encountered. I had to have them service my Speed Queen washer since I bought it there and no other local places serviced them. They have now had it for 3 weeks and I still do not have a repaired washing machine back, though they have called twice to say that it was fixed and was being delivered. Twice. The lack of in-house communication is astonishing. I should back charge them for the amount of time I had to waste waiting around for them to show up and also the extra money I have had to spend at the laundromat. It just boggles my mind how one small place could be so disorganized.

This place has a good selection of furniture. If you are looking for real solid wood products the pickings are better else where. Not saying all there products here are not well made, just be careful what you pick. Bought Ashley furniture from here to have the dinning room table sides chip off to expose it being just pressed wood. Chipped off way to early in it's life span.

The delivery guys had a tricky time getting our new washer and dryer in, because we hadn t measured the doors before ordering, but they tried everything they could, and eventually got them in and all set up, and had a great attitude about it all.

They messed up, made it right, charged me for the correction but then forgave the charge.

Always friendly, sometimes a little pushy on the sales but overall good!

I bought a new Frigidaire dishwasher from Beiter's after canceling online orders from both Sears and Lowe's that were were going to take well over a month for delivery and were impersonal with poor customer service. Beiter's was professional and efficient in every way. My salesman at the Sunbury was knowledgeable of his inventory and helped guide my eventual purchase of a product that served my needs. My salesman then set up a delivery that took less than two weeks. The delivery team called me with specific details and when they had to move the delivery by one day, they waived the fee to haul away my old dishwasher. The delivery team was professional and efficient and provided me helpful knowledge of what I needed to keep from my old dishwasher for the new installation. The only thing they don't do is install, but they would have provided info. on who could if I needed it. I will certainly consider Beiter's first for future appliance purchases moving forward.

Prices went up when income tax came out! The prices go back down after. Crooks! We had a set price of 2 couches for $1200 each. When we went back a month later the price went to almost $1800. I'm sure it will go back down once the income tax is gone for those who get it but it shows how they run a business and I dont want no part of that.

The sales lady was fantastic. She let us take our time, we sat on the furniture to make sure that it was comfortable. With arthritis in my neck and back, that was really important..... The gentleman that delivered it ,...they were very polite and professional when they delivered it.

It's great to have another option but prices were cheaper at lowes for washers.

Both the sales rep and the delivery people were outstanding. The delivery people made sure furniture was in the exact place I wanted it and were extremely careful not to damage my new hardwood floors. They also made sure everything was set up and working before leaving. They even had me try it out.
I would highly recommend the store and the delivery service . Prompt courteous and on time
