Sent in an intake assessment of my son in November, was set up for an appointment in December for January 9 for the initial meeting, then informed that the therapist, Nanette Brown, did not think she could provide us with the therapy we were looking for and canceled three days before our appointment without even an initial meeting. I find it disheartening for a therapist not to assess a situation in person first and to communicate with parents about what could be best course of therapy for the child.

This place is terrible! I was judged, picked on, laughed at, gossiped about behind my back, and my child sat there while they flipped through binders and filled out paperwork. Disgusting.

We had a positive experience with them from 2011-2013, but when we contacted them again for some recent issues that cropped up with our son it did not go well. Little effort was made to build a relationship with our son and he started acting out on days the therapist would show up. Eventually, she told us she was transferring out of that position and wouldn t be working in that capacity anymore, yet we saw her working with a client in our small town a couple of months later. Shows dishonesty at the top of the organization.

Because they would not willing to help me with my mental health problems at my school. Before they saw some success within my behavior with my family at home. I WAS NOT HAVING ANY BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS WITH MY FAMILY AT HOUSE! So they aren't very comdating.

They don't answer phone calls, emails or voicemails. Don't waste your time.

They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. There suggestions and ongoing support have literally and I'm using that work correctly, changed our family dynamic for the better as we have two kiddos on the autism spectrum. Last June our family wasn't falling apart but no one was happy and we were in a tailspin. Now things are on the up and up and the future is brighter!
