The day of delivery I discover that the ceiling of my loggia has a drop of 4 cm a ceiling-shaped arch perfect! / A huge crack in my parking space / walls of the stairs not right but it is obvious but at home Aigo. It's been 15 days that I am in the apartment I have a leak with 2 radiators / a task of humidity at the ceiling ....... I fear the worst and my neighbors the time is not not at the party either. Hello, LA CATA I bought an apartment with this promising young Argenteuil (This is his second program of its history!) So without any experience in the construction of a building) A disaster at the level of Gros opens (Subcontractors which I am not sure it still exercises today so much that it is a champion of evil way) - Non-upright walls in several places (Common + private) - Ramp without gutters (Up to 1 month of delivery and magic solution AIGO Awesome Hammer with a finish that leaves something to be desired and I go on, ,,,,,) - Water leaks in the car park - Sloppy work in the common areas - Cracks on the parking floor :( - Already cracks on the ceilings + Facade !!!! - Catastrophic management of the construction site from A to Z - Many bad times during delivery (blackmail limit) An apartment is the investment of a lifetime but at AIGO it's just a check and the service leaves me perplexed. One advice I give you is to avoid this promising CATASTROPHIC
Delivery and site monitoring very well done thanks to a team of professionals attentive and very involved. I recommend for the purchase on plan of your future housing!
Some reservations following our delivery to Croissy which were finally lifted. (apparently it always puts a little time in all promoters). We are very satisfied with our apartment and the building. The sales representative and the program manager have always been very approachable and attentive to what changes other promoters!
