Fantastic place but my whole party left with a stomach ache except me. I was the only one who skipped the salad bar. The musical was great though, we saw a christmas story and it was very good. The cast was great!

My wife and I have been VIP members for the laat three seasons i believe and its a great way to spend an evening together. The shows are really good and the value with the food, performance, and atmosphere makes for a very good value. I also enjoy taking my kids to the two pyramid players kids shows each year and one of the 7 main shows for the season is always a family show for kids and adults alike, for instance last year Shrek the Musical. If you are not sure about it, i recommend at least giving it a try. The VIP membership pays for itself if you see three or more shows a year for two people as it gives you 2 for 1 on ticket purchases 7 times a year and free dessert!

An amazing event filled with fun and the most wonderful singers and actors. Food was great with all you can eat.
Service was outstanding. Planning to go back again but we'll need to save some money. Some new friends treated us this time. Thank you to them.

This was my first time to Beef and Boards but my mom has been several times. We saw The Little Mermaid. I thought our seats were great in the far corner down by the stage. The buffet was good but not great. Just normal cafeteria food. The play was good as well. I thought the Male lead Eric wasn't very strong. Scuttle and Ursula and Ariel were the best, very good part assignments for them. Bravo.

What a great first experience at Beef & Boards as our group enjoyed "A Christmas Story." Having heard good things about B&B from others, my expectations were were elevated and they did not disappoint. The service was memorable, the food was tasty, and the entertainers were talented. We are planning a return in 2020!

First time visiting and we were impressed! We saw The Christmas Story. The food was good for it being a buffet! The only reason I'm giving it a 4 and not 5 is because the tables are really squeezed in. There is not much room to move or get out. You are basically back to back with the chairs of the people next to you. Drinks with alcohol cost extra as well as desserts. The rest of food and drinks are included in the ticket price. We will go back!

Had a great time seeing Grease. The cast were all fabulous in their roles. My sister took me for my birthday. Dinner was delicious and service great. We've been many times over the years and have never been disappointed. I would recommend to anyone who's never been to go and you will love it!

The show was spectacular Mama Mia
& the service was spot-on. The food however was so disappointing. Very mediocre & I regret wasting so much good but it was tasteless. We hadn't been there for o\25 yrs because of the poor food even tho the show were always good. I will add there r too many tables too tight against each other. We may return to give it pne more chance. We'll see.

My 3 daughters and I went to see Grease. The performance was good. The buffet was decent. There were a few issues; 1. I got a salad from the buffet. It came with a large piece of WOOD in it. The piece was just small enough to not be noticeable until I bit down on it. My daughters felt it looked like mulch!! I brought it to the server's attention. She took the plate away and I never heard about it again. No apology, nothing. She told us she told the chef and the manager. (I later spoke to the manager, and yes, he was told about it but didn't feel the need to say anything). 2. We were sitting on the top tier of tables. The table on the tier directly under us had 4 women at it. One of them opened, drained (into a coffee cup), and proceeded to eat a can of TUNA FISH. This made myself and the daughter sitting closest to them nauseous. I spoke to the manager about this. 3. AND THIS IS THE reason for only 1 star: The manager at first did nothing. I complained again and was told "We took away the can and the liquid. She's eating the tuna." I reiterated that it was making my daughter ill and was told "They're not nice people, we don't want to anger them. She's almost done with it." I asked about outside food being allowed and he told me it wasn't allowed, but again, these were not nice people. He also assured me he would speak to the Director as he was there that night. I told the manager that would be good, because my daughter was on the point of vomiting and I would instruct her to just vomit on the lady with the tuna, since no-one seemed to care this was an issue. 10 minutes later, we were moved to another table.
We'll likely go again, as we like the plays, but it'll probably be quite a while.

A better name for this establishment would be boards and beef. I've never been disappointed by the musical theater--five star music! But in all the times I've visited the food has always been merely mediocre. Expect a three star cafeteria.

I had not been here since I was a child on a school field trip. After going this time, I wish I had not waited so long for a return visit. The buffet food was tasty enough. The potatoes could have used a little seasoning but other than that I had no complaints. The service was attentive but the show was Fantastic!
I had not expected to be so thoroughly entertained. The show "Million dollar Quartet " was performed to perfection! The actors portrayed the characters with amazing details. The story even managed to educate me. It was a great night!

Great place to go for an entire evening to be fed and entertained.
We have been here several times and have always enjoyed it each time. Some shows are better than others, but it is always a good time.
You get a buffet style dinner with as many trips as you like. Desert is extra, but their offerings are tasty.
The entire seating area is designed for everyone to have a great view. The wait staff is always extremely friendly and ready to make sure that you are happy.
The shows are good quality and have always had a lot of energy.
I recommend trying it at least once.

My wife picked this for our 5th wedding anniversary. She initially had her heart set on the Blissfield Michigan murder mystery dinner train. However, after hearing many mixed reviews, she continued to look for something else. We decided to give Beef & Boards a try for the "Singing in the Rain " show. The food was excellent (aside from the chicken being very dry). The service was good, food great, and the show was excellent! We both left happy about the decision we made and plan on going back!

We had a great time, the show was very fun. The backdrop seemed minimal, but the wire work as well as the orchestra really made up for it. The costumes were so well thought out. The meal was good and we look forward to a return visit. I will purchase a table that faces the stage next time.

One of the worst buffets that I had ever eaten at....

One of the worst buffets that I had ever eaten at.. The buffet is out in the open and you set and wait until you are invited to go up for your turn. It says there and absorbs all the germs from everybody in the Room hundreds of people pass by before you have your chance at some of the Orange sauce.. When you get up there you will enjoy carved pressed Turkey roast beef that maybe the coldest and toughest that I had ever eaten And one of the oddest combinations of food choices that I had ever seen on 1 strip island of food including pasta with tomato sauce on it fish right beside of that along with the Turkey and roast beef your choice of mix vegetable or sweet potato/ Orange sauce... The tables were so small that it felt like you were eating in an airplane bathroom with a party of 4. The only thing worse than the buff a was the sub par acting I felt as if I was at my nieces 7th grade play and I was looking for an excuse to leave... Overall from a 1 to 10 I would give this place a 2 at best. Maybe another play would be better I don't know.. I doubt I will chance it.

Went with my daughter to see Cat in the Hat as part of their daytime kid shows and she absolutely loved it. The characters also came around afterwards and signed autographs. The performance was great, the cast did a fantastic job. The show was fairly short - I think about an hour for the whole thing, so it is easier for little ones to sit through than a full length movie. Would definitely go again.

I've been here multiple times, like the shows, each time will be a different experience from the production they put on to the food they serve. They have run out of certain food, so you'll want to get there early if there is a particular food that you'll eat. The productions that they put on I've never had complaints with, usually its with the food selection they offer or the occasional service, but my last 2 visits have had great service.
