Wonderful team of professionals. You don't feel usual pressure from sales associates like you would in the car dealership. I've worked with Casey and he took great care of me, answered all my questions, which was important for a novice like myself. He was able to help me make the right choice, which I won't regret. Pleasure doing business with them. Definitely worth visiting at least.

The staff is friendly, nice and I am sure they mean well.

However, I bought a jet ski there a couple weeks ago and was very surprised by the hidden fees ($2500) for shipping and assembling, the high cost of the trailer and that it takes 2 hours of wait to figure out expensive financing options.

Overall I felt like I was taken advantage off and did not feel like the staff knew much about jet skis. Perhaps things are different with motorcycles and other vehicles. I know during the pandemic things are selling fast, but you do want returning customers. I personally won't return there again.

After three months of waiting and getting a constant run around with the dealer losing my paperwork telling me they did not see the thousand dollars I put down and bumping me off the waiting list,my 2021 Tenere 700 is here and it is everything I have hoped it to be.
Lanphere s is not the old school bike dealerships I grew up with and loved. I was just another number in the que and my sales person admitted he knew little about bikes. They run the place like a car dealership. They did not make me feel like a valued customer at all. Sad to see they have such a strong presence as so many do not know what a real bike shop is like.

I've been looking for a bigger sportsbike for months. Today I stopped in and had the huge blessing of meeting Dillon Berry, he was patient and so informative. I've always liked this dealership, and been a customer for years. But Dillon's customer service exceeded every great experience we've previously had here! Thank you Dillon for your amazing listening to what this old lady really needed. I'll be back to buy!

This was the third motorcycle I ve purchased from Beaverton Motorcycle. Each time the staff was excellent. No excuses for COVID-19 was refreshing. Noah (sales) was knowledgeable and professional. The financing department was well prepared and thorough.

One of the few dealers that still had the Honda i was looking for in stock. Salesperson was great very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The sales manager was not up to date on the current Honda promotion, I had to correct them. The administrative support staff were also great, they worked hard to get my deal finished quickly dispit some problems. The 4 star rating reflects the sales manager being not up to date on the current promotions from Honda.

When I first walked in the door I was greeted but a couple of the people that work there. I knew what I was looking for and they were knowledgeable about the stock at hand. When what I was looking to get was not the correct fit the employee I was working with knew exactly what might work for me instead as I am a first time rider. He helped me find a great bike for me and everyone there was very friendly helpful and walked you through and kept you updated about the process ever step of the way.

Love going here and working with these guys. Always super friendly and easy to work with. Crazy how quick atvs are going out the door. Always have my business. Wish their online site was easier to work and more updated on what's in stock as it sells. But other than that very happy.

I worked with Casey Knowlson to get a new motorcycle. Even though it was extremely busy, Casey took the time to show me multiple bikes. I was up in the air about buying the bike. Once he let me test ride it, I was sold. Financing worked to get me the best deal possible. The entire process at Beaverton Motorcycles was friendly, informative and smooth. I left with a brand new 2020 Honda CB650R. Just in time for riding season. I would definitely recommend.
