WOW! Your mustards are the best.

WOW! Your mustards are the best.
I have one concern. It's impossible to get all of the wonderful mustard out of the jar. I do not like wasting a great product that I love. Can you imagine and create a new jar that makes it possible to use a spatula to leave the jar clean? A regular straight sided jar with a large opening would be perfect.

The product is not consistent. It seems as if every other one I buy is not hot at all. I just bought a jar (Extra Hot Horseradish) for Christmas dinner and it was not hot in any way. You are better off getting your horseradish somewhere else.

Update: I upgraded from 1 star to 4 stars after I called Beaverton Foods. After making a selection for a gentleman in customer service, imagine my surprise when he actually answered the phone after the first ring. He explained that there have been some issues with the recent crop of horseradish and that they were aware of the problem. He then offered to send me out a replacement which arrived within a day. The replacement was great and very hot! Whew! I hope they can get more consistency with their horseradish, as right now it's a bit of a gamble. But the customer service was excellent! Hard to find in today's world.

First, it seems that Beaverton Foods couldn't care less about consumer comments/input. They do not have an online email address, only a physical address and telephone number, so I have to resort to this. My comment is similar to others. The Beaver Brand horseradish, including the "Extra Hot," is truly Extra BLAND. I'm not sure if it is real horseradish. Of course it is hidden among 14-15 other ingredients/chemicals and processed so much that it is no wonder it has lost its will to live (as horseradish). I tried, really tried several times, thinking it was only one batch, but nope. Shelf life trumps taste. The stuff can stay on the shelf. I'll go to the refrigerated brands with no more than 3 ingredients, one of which is horseradish.

Your product label visual re-brand is a disaster and right up there with New Coke. Your Marketing Manager has made you look generic, not cleaner and simpler. I have 40 years exp as a graphic designer and i'm sorry but you have lost the personality of your product. Hoping your sales don't drop to sharply, but on the shelf you are lost now with other brands. Bad design choice.

I bought two jars of extra hot horseradish with a drop dead date of November 20, 2020. These are the first two jars of horseradish that were in fact hot. Most of the others over the last 10 years or so have been mild to medium hot at best. I don't know what happened this time but I finally got some good stuff. Appears to be quite a bit of inconsistency in the product.
