We have had BCT for over 20 years. They are very friendly and helpful. BCT is very expensive and their wifi is very slow. We have the highest speed but have many problems.

I ve been with them since 97 , I don t really have a choice . They used to be great , now , not so much . They upgraded their internet and I hear it s fast . I have friends that moved into the area and were offered the fast Internet. I have called and inquired several times over the years . I was often told they hadn t got to my area yet and finally told I wouldn t be getting it at all . It s not in the budget . My Internet just stopped working at around 8:30 last Friday , I called in and was told the earliest they would get a tech on it would be sometime Monday. This to me is unacceptable. I m not at all happy with this company anymore and will be exploring other options. It bothers me that they are able to monopolize this area.

With everything that is going on with covid and the evacuation of my area trying to get help so my son can do school they said I should turn off internet service but my son needs that for school how do you pay almost 200 a month for internet and phone to be told that I wish comcast would come out here

Had internet voice and tv and was paying a little over 160$ and getting poor internet quality, called Xfinity and paying about 200$ Got voice with long distance and 220 plus channels with free netflix and showtime and gig speed, you get what you pay for

Finally started offering cable internet, which is great when it works.... During the day everything is fine, but during the evening speeds slow. Every night from 8pm-10pm the speeds drop to about 500kb even though we have the 100mb plan. Also the speed drop is extremely consistent.

Internet is not the best(very finicky) and it s way expensive compared to other options in a normal city. I will say my experience with the people there has been excellent. Every time I ve called they ve been very helpful and always have good intel for me. I disagree with others who have said negative things about customer service.

I've never received even just 50% of my promised speeds. It's almost impossible to simply stream YouTube or Disney+, you'll never be able to game or run a business with this service. I'm paying ~$100/mo for 10mbps ("up to 50 mbps" they claim) on average, when it *actually* works. It goes down AT LEAST ONCE PER WEEK. Technicians come out and do something on the TV (which is my roommates service on a completely different account!) and tell me they fixed the problem, only for the internet to go down just days if not hours later. Mobile data is better than this half the time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Nice people excellent customer service but when you have to pay for telephone service just to get internet and your paying premium prices for slowest internet around what can you say they've got the market cornered. And A monopoly I think?

They have the worst customer service on the planet for their overpriced and slow internet. They have no problem hanging up on customers and treating them terribly. It will last until another provider comes to our area and everybody will immediately drop trash BCT.
