🌸 I recently ordered flowers from this company's website and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of floral arrangements to choose from. However, I was mildly disappointed with the actual delivery. The flowers arrived on time, but they were not as fresh as I had hoped. Some of the petals were already starting to wilt, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the customer service was satisfactory as they quickly responded to my queries, which is always appreciated. While I may consider giving this company another chance in the future, I would hope for fresher and more vibrant flowers next time. 🌺
