Beanstalk - Marketing & Lead Generation Agency Review

Good campaign that we ve extended with Beanstalk, generating leads for our Employer Sponsor Licence services. Brexit has helped too!

Dreadful service on every level. I've received no tangible benefit from working with this company. I have received no qualified appointments or leads within the last two months. The customer service I've received has been rude and obnoxious. They have intimidated and harassed our company for payment for a less than standard service. In clear breach of their Service Level Agreement. They have even sunk so low as to populate websites with my email and contact details, suggesting we are in the market for their services. Do not use!

Happy with the work Beanstalk have done for me although took a while for any of the leads to turn into customers. In the MSP market it's not easy to get customers to change supplier but I got there eventually! Wasn t keen on my first telemarketer - they were OK at getting leads I just didn't gel with them - but as soon as I said that to Arran who manages my account he was happy to change to someone different, so no complaints. I'm now using Beanstalk on an ongoing basis, albeit at a smaller scale than when I first stated with them.

Beanstalk are a pleasure to work with. Adrian my Account Manager has been professional throughout, and the leads that Dave has passed over got me into some very large developers, one of which I m picking up ongoing work from with the potential to develop into one of my best customers.

We outsourced our lead generation to Beanstalk, who have been very professional. They made us jump through a few more hoops to get started than we thought was necessary, but in hindsight their attention to detail has paid dividends over the longer term

After visiting several lead generation agencies we selected Beanstalk as we felt they really cared about our business. They have been very professional throughout, and moreover, our telemarketer, Karen, has been exceptional. We will certainly consider using them again in the future.

Delighted with the telemarketing and email campaign Beanstalk undertook. They ve got a great set-up and my telemarketer already knew a load about the apprenticeship sector, and there what to say on the phone to generate good appointments for me.

Also had a really nice experience working with Gavin and team but unfortunately what sounded like a great holistic digital lead gen service turned in to a very low performing telemarketing campaign which was all wrong for our target market. As a result we wasted time and opportunity cost so I cant recommend Beanstalk for small businesses.

This is the 3rd campaign I ve run with Beanstalk and each time I ve been pleased with the results. They are very thorough and always manage to work out an angle to be able to generate leads. So although they re not the cheapest telemarketing agency (in fact they re quite expensive), I wouldn t risk going to someone else that might not be as effective or professional.

Thanks Roger, your service lived up to expectation. A few hoops to jump through to get started but when we did we got some good enquires. Might use you again for another project.
