Great service. Bought 3 bikes there over the years and had several serviced. the trade in program for kids in spot on.

I am over the moon with my purchase from Beacon. When I arrived I had a long list of desires for a bike. Sasha took me through all of the bikes that fit my list. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I left with the perfect bike! They also installed my baby seat. The shop made custom parts to make sure my baby was safe and comfortable on the back of my new bike! They also tuned up an old cruiser of mine and it looks and rides like it is brand new! Thank you Beacon!!

Beacon was well stocked when I decided I needed to start riding again, Cody was the Best! He took all the time I needed to educate me on the different types of bicycles with no pressure whatsoever.... it is because of him and Beacons selection that I purchased a Awesome Bicycle here at Beacon! I have 2 more bikes to purchase and I will be there looking for Cody s help. Thank you Cody and beacon, for getting me back in the saddle again!

Friendly service and professional / knowledgeable staff. I went in to change clips out on my shoes, and it was a "snap"! Or so they made it seem. No price was given as an estimate, which would have been nice, but it happened so quickly, you have to appreciate the fast service. The store was clean and roomy, a very comfortable environment.

I have never had my bike serviced here, I am a buy the parts here and service it myself at home kind of guy. Having said that, Beacon has yet to let me down in either parts or advice. If I need either, they have it or can get it quickly.
