Food, ambience, rooms and staff 5 stars!
Unfortunately, the pillows were such ergonomically correct square foam blocks. Unfortunately, it was not possible to sleep on these blocks. Unfortunately the hotel did not have any replacement pillows and there was no notice when booking The water pressure in the showers is unfortunately completely inadequate and the rooms are very noisy.

According to the reception, there was NO alternative to the terrible pillow!

The amount of water stays the same even with an adjustable shower head. I showered a lot longer, so the idea is not environmentally conscious. Here you should simply save on the water bill ......

Where we were, everything was great, clean and very friendly staff.

Nice and lovingly decorated hotel in a fantastic location. Very relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant wellness area. In my opinion, the hotel has a very high hostel character, which does not necessarily have to be negative, but appeals less to me. But of course that is a personal feeling. Complaint management could and should be optimized. All in all a pleasant stay.

Fantastically beautiful location of the hotel with incredible sea view, provided you have booked a room towards the beach from the 2nd floor. Extensive and varied breakfast. Hotel room spacious. Very modern decor. Conclusion: we will be back!

A really very good hotel. There is nothing to complain about here from the super friendly staff, which always pleasantly cares for your own well-being, through very neat and stylish rooms, to the high-quality and sumptuous breakfast - on the contrary! You can always feel the north German serenity and feel extremely well looked after. Dinner in the Dii: ke restaurant and burgers in the hotel's old night owl bar are also recommended.

So here is a very important contribution for me personally.
I finally found the time and the right words to properly celebrate the Beach Motel in St-Peter-Ording! I have never been to such a cool, stylish and personable motel with so much heart - a wonderful atmosphere and super friendly and competent service. All rooms invite you to relax - in such a wonderful environment. Every room has been designed with love and that is what distinguishes the Beach Motel from so many others for me! I found it nice to see how diversified the guests were ... families, singles, young old everything was there and everyone can feel comfortable there. The evenings on the large terrace in front of the motel were especially great, when it felt like all hotel guests sat together with a nice drink and enjoyed the great evening hours. A hotel to let go! From the greeting to the last wish you were always given a smile. So for me not just a motel but really a really big number !! Keep it up and hopefully see you SOON I'm really looking forward to it !!

Great location to relax, just a stone's throw from the beach. Unobtrusive, yet good service and very good Gastro quality.

Very cool location, great rooms, where the "open" bathroom with privacy door requires a high degree of openness in the privacy sphere.
The kitchen is very good, also a great breakfast buffet complete the positive food picture.
The conference rooms are also top equipped.

Perfect hotel. There is really nothing to complain about here. Friendly staff, great rooms, great location.
In addition very stylish rooms, many parking spaces directly in front of the door (even for campers there are extra seats with Stromanschkuss etc.).

We will come back in any case. Only recommended. Definitely take the breakfast with you, there is really everything your heart desires.

We stayed there for two nights. (o9.08 -11.o8.2020

Arrival: parking lot full. Car empty (electric car). All charging stations of combustion cars are parked up. Asked at check-in whether one of the pillars could be vacated. Sober answer: No, places at the charging stations are generally not kept free for e-cars ... You have to keep an eye on when one of the places at the charging station becomes free.

Short research on the net: No real alternative nearby. The last alternative was a camper socket in the Bulli area of the parking lot where we could charge with an emergency charger. (This is also the case, for example, in Heiligenhafen at the shack) only there is no explicit advertising with loading facilities.

Mudflat hike:
At check-in you will receive a voucher for a mudflat hike (Wadden Sea Protection Station) an appointment you have to organize yourself.
Booked up. Lead time approx. 10 days. In short, no mudflat hike.

If we had had this information when booking the room, it could have worked. So unfortunately not usable.

Free e-bike:
Unfortunately only for one person.
Yes, for 30 euros extra you could borrow another one. -per day. Since we would only have used it in one morning, however, we did without and in the 2-3 hours that we would have used it, we preferred to be on the beach. Here, however ... with careful consideration of the offer. ONE e-bike from the 2nd day. Those who read correctly have a clear advantage.

Delicious. Small, but great selection for us.

Green rate ... unfortunately a flop.
If you are dependent on reloading at your destination due to the arrival with a BEV, better not.

Great spacious rooms ... clean ... well-kept ... with a balcony great view of the North Sea ... me and my family felt very comfortable ...
Very friendly staff who courteously answered every question ... they all take care of the guests' wellbeing around the clock ... we had excellent meals in the two restaurants ... the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired ... everyone can find it what his taste ... we never had problems getting a parking space ... there are no parking fees for this ... that is no longer a matter of course
The in-house bike rental is also great ... we also enjoyed a free jaunt with a Mini Cooper Caprio to the fullest ... a great range of services that is second to none ...
We will definitely come back ... price / performance just great ... ...

Great beach ... mega kitchen .. cool guy ... everything fits!

Great for a short break, as it is located directly (2 minutes walk) on the dike / beach.
The rooms are stylish, but rather simple and clean.
The gastronomy is rather below average for what it costs.

Mega beautiful! Great decor, good food, nice rooms, but the rooms are not too big! Only the showers were partially visible from the room through glass, and slats served as privacy screens, but not 100%! That wasn't exactly my case!
Great location right near the beach. But due to a hill in front of the hotel, the beach cannot be seen. We had a 2 day conference there. The conference rooms were also very nice and everything went very well with the technology and catering. I would definitely like to come back again privately.

Nice hotel in a great location with personal service!

Very nice location! We had a great time there. Staff is also very nice and friendly.

Very nice hotel in a pleasant beach look! The staff is extremely friendly and everyone does a good job, which creates a good atmosphere.

Our room (ocean suite) with a sea view was very nicely furnished and everything was clean!

We can recommend the bar in the main building where you can comfortably drink a cocktail or something else in the evening.

There was nothing wrong with the breakfast buffet. There was plenty of choice.

We will be back definitely ;-)

We were there for the 4th time ... everything is great! Friendly, cooperative, helpful! The breakfast for the price is simply great!
Our dogs also feel good and are always welcomed in a friendly and loving manner!
The Diike is highly recommended, delicious and varied with a changing menu!
Vouchers were accepted and redeemed without any problems!
A motel for all generations! !!!

We felt really comfortable here for a weekend!

We had a room in the basic category, but we were still completely satisfied. As the driver of a Mini, we got an additional discount on the room price, as MINI is a cooperation partner! TOP! The rooms are modernly furnished and overall the house has an absolute feel-good factor!

In the Cruiser King we borrowed great bikes with which we got to know SPO from a completely different perspective!

Great atmosphere. Great staff. Great breakfast. Any time. There are even waffles to bake yourself in the morning

Negative:
- In the family room, 2 of the 4 guests had to sleep on a very unsuitable sofa bed, not adequate for the standard.
- Confusing price concept (parking, towels, breakfast)
- the cinema was always rented / reserved
- Not enough cupboards in the family room
- Not enough towels in the sauna area
- Since our room was on the first floor above the bar, we could hardly sleep last night. The music went on until about half past two.

TOP location especially for young people!
Very cozy hotel in Shaby Chic style with a maritime theme. The rooms are tastefully and comfortably designed. The lobby invites you to linger, to your heart's content you can sit on the couch or a bench or one of the chairs with tea or coffee as much as you want - just chill out. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace.
I will definitely come back!

Great location, good room, good wellness area, dog-friendly, pleasant crowd.
Unfortunately, however, long waiting times in the restaurant, mediocre food, no on-site service, which was confirmed again in later email contact. And to answer the text module in advance: yes, we addressed things directly on site.

We were at the Beach Motel SPO for the first time 5 years ago and - as Cape Cod fans - succumbed to the charm of the motel. Therefore it was a matter of course for us to book our son's birthday there - like 5 years ago. Only this time the experience was completely different. The parking lot is hopelessly overcrowded and the nearest parking is about 10 minutes away. Just what you like after a nice dinner. Park in Wallachia and walk for the first time ... Feedback from the relatively young staff is relatively unimportant or commented on with a lapidary "we know, it's just that!". Zero accommodation. In addition, there is a very manageable selection of breakfast buffet. We are very disappointed as the resort has developed. Manageable service at relatively high prices and little empathy for the customer. A pity and we will not be back.

Very relaxed hotel / motel in a beautiful location with friendly, quite relaxed staff. It is a bit too during the day as in the dovecote: A lively coming and going. Many sitting areas in the common area, which is a bit reminiscent of youth hostels, just not so Spartan.
Good for smaller corporate events, but the focus of the clientele is clearly on tourism. All age groups, average age but significantly below that of the typical average North Sea visitor; very dog-friendly - even very large chunks are not rejected.
Good kitchen. The prices for the rooms are a bit steep, but the house is very busy all year round.

A concept that was positively surprised!

Modern and young ambience. For us everything a hotel needs! If someone is planning to go to SPO you should definitely try to get a room!

Right on the beach, parking spaces available.

+ good location
- spa was not usable due to water damage, no refund
- no vegan options for breakfast
- loud, people talking directly under window throughout the night
- pricy bar / restaurant
- missing parking space, no shuttle service to get your car parked elsewhere
in general the feeling that the shareholders of the hotel chain try to squeeze out profit in every corner => not worth the price

Great view, oceanfront very nice hotel, I love the decor

A fantastic place. The rooms are beautiful, the food is excellent and the spa area is just as perfect. We will come back in any case.

Nice and cozy place to enjoy a meal. The only draw backs are the constant smokers outside ruining the ambience with their stench and not having a broader cocktail menu during the meal. The cocktails are served in the bar only.

We actually wanted to spend our summer vacation for a few days at the Beach Motel SPO.





That is discrimination and not something I would expect from a customer-friendly hotel where people like to spend their holidays. A shame, because the hotel made a good impression otherwise.

Great atmosphere and atmosphere. Really nice team. Clean, nice rooms. Good starting point for walks on the dike and the sea.

Great relaxed atmosphere and very well located with a short walk to the beach. We spent a weekend in December in the hotel. Especially for the winter, the wellness offer could be extended.

Restaurant is delicious, but always fully booked. Either go late or make a reservation. Loose atmosphere but sometimes very loud.

The motel is modern and very clean. The staff was friendly and met all my little wishes. The location directly behind the dike on the North Sea is excellent. This can be seen from the balcony from the second floor. The wide and clean sandy beach is only a few hundred meters away. Also with nudist and dog beach.
The on-site restaurant is also highly recommended. If you are really hungry after a long day swimming and hiking, you should tell the waiter beforehand. Still very tasty food.

I have been to the Beach Motel so often. I always feel at home. Great, great team, great rooms, great cocktails. Hammer sauna. I will come again and again. SPO and Beach Motel, without me it is not anymore

The hotel may have its own mentality and culture, but if someone insists on being approached with you, then this has to be respected.
Unfortunately it was ignored on the phone. It's just presumptuous, as a you also means a certain familiarity that you don't just equate to a stranger on the phone. So I see this kind as ignorance of my personality.

I really liked the style. Very successful, American concept, which, unlike usual, is quite interesting.

Lots of very cool themed rooms, family rooms and offers. I would say a unique ambience with a lot of charm and charisma thanks to the operator's witty and creatively implemented visions.

There are many offers for young and old and the trendy motel for surfers with its own neo drying room;)

The cool reference to surfing and the original behavior of this scene is underlined by bus parking spaces for a super low price right in front of the door. It's great for camping here.

Definitely an experience to stay there again and again, whether with your own dispenser in the jever room or in one of the many other great offers of the motel, such as renting the in-house stylish old VW bus and enjoying a romantic evening by the sea.

Why a point deduction ?! At breakfast in the morning I unfortunately had a broken glass in my muesli, through the packaging of a jar and when I pointed this out to the employees, unfortunately nothing happened. Although a lot of children choose this muesli because of the stylish packaging. I would have hoped for a review of the remaining glasses so that another unpleasant and dangerous incident would not be repeated.

But you have to pay for that accordingly. Still to be recommended.

Cozy hotel in a quiet location. Especially for young people and guests with dogs - here are many dogs! It is a 30-minute walk to SPO. The hotel currently offers free car rental from Mini. Alternatively, you can borrow a bike in the "Cruiser King USA". The provider is located in the motel complex. Parking is free for guests. Breakfast is more than adequate in the category. Very tasty & there is a large selection of the usual dishes. On Wednesdays there are regular events - with Mexican cuisine and DJ.

Nice motel with very friendly staff, but the price was rather on the level of a 5 star hotel. The parking lot situation is catastrophic, the rooms are very spartan and so badly soundproofed that there is unfortunately no hope for a quiet night ...

Very nice modern motel in the beach look. Nice staff and nice individual rooms. Dogs can be taken well. The food in the associated restaurants is good. The location is unbeatable right on the dike and a bit off the crowded Sankt-Peter-Ording-Bad.

Super great motel. Everything was perfect here. From the accommodation, food to the staff all tip. We would like to come again

This hotel is amazing. We were there for 1 week and I would have liked to make two out of it. Atmosphere, location, design, breakfast, dinner, bar, everything fits! All the people working there are mega friendly, funny and relaxed. Everything is relaxed and by you. Not so "hotel-stiff". Also played nothing. It is real friendliness. The breakfast buffet is the blast and the people in the evening at the bar have the drinks on it. Also the built-in restaurant Dii: ke has earned 5 stars. We will come back 100% and become regulars. Really the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Many thanks for the really great stay.
