Due to a mistake of BBS factory I could send the rim back after the customer service call, all details I had indicated by telephone and afterwards by E-Mail. When the rim arrived there, all of a sudden it was called, the rim was too old 19 inches (8 years old) you are a PROFESSIONAL, why do you send the rim to you then? It is exactly 28 days ago today, have still got my unrepaired RIM .... shame on selling BBS rims ... in customer service you are a RIVER.

For months I have been waiting for my rim, which I had complained about because of poor workmanship. Now I am not receiving this because BBS is bankrupt. No information to the customer, you have to take care of everything yourself. This company is everything, just not customer friendly or professional !!! Never again BBS !!! Top products? That I don't laugh ...

WATCH OUT!!! : BBS advertising is nice and good ... but unfortunately BBS is no longer the true .. or can you sell me the stainless steel collision protection for an AIR II CK500 rim? Need 4pcs. The rims are in top condition, unfortunately, the Anfahrschutze no longer! had to go down .. now I drive around without stainless steel Tiefbett .. very ugly so .. unfortunately tells me every BBS seller whether in Germany or Switzerland, BBS says is no longer available .. hmm TOP !! is not rocket science its customers on request again to make? the on ebay and co. your dealers are still selling these rims! well who the customers do not know that there are not even more spare parts for it (stainless steel collision protection for exchange)! my 5000sfr I had paid 8 years ago are now gone .. the rims so unfortunately yes Dispose of. no longer usable !! That can not be it .. only for the 8.5x19 inches are no longer available .. for other dimensions, there is still .. really a pity .. had long had to save for these rims which now have to land in top condition in the trash! ! I could ... tear down walls ...
