Speaking from a company that deals with multiple Distributors BBCW wholesale pricing is much better than EE wholesale.They also allow you to purchase units which is something no other distributors offer. For those complaining about pricing don t understand how wholesale works. The only other way to get true wholesale is direct with major company s which is not possible for small stores and online shops.
New product does not come with 50% margins like most individuals new to the industry want. Anyone familiar with retail and cost factors does understand that most products come with 20-40% margins depending on the items. For example a $14 cost item has a $20 MSRP That s 30%. If your looking to purchase something that is valued at $50 for $10 then your in the wrong industry this is not the food industry.
Never had any communication issues every email has been responded to in a timely manner from both Ana and her team. Preorder sheets come out several times a week and is much more organized than other distributers. As stated I deal with a number of distributors in the collectible/toy industry and the PreOrder sheets are far more organized that the others who do not inform you of upcoming PO s.

their rep Ana Maria is the most unprofessional person you will ever talk to and will just insult you in her emails. they are slow to get back to your inquiries and lack communication, their prices are far from wholesale. they also do not have much available on their outdated website and their pre-order sheets lack a lot of product. there are plenty of other options available for distributors, stay away from these people, they do not deserve your hard earned money.

BBCW Distributors Communication is horrible. They don't answer the phone, they take over a week to reply to emails. And they don't stand by their website or pricing. Website stated "set your own price" on select games and when it came time to ship, after 3 weeks of silence, they say it was a website "glitch". They tried to tell me orders cant be canceled and customers are not able name their own price. So she called me a liar. I threatened to dispute it with my credit card and refuse the packages. Immediately my account was deleted by them with no waring. That's perfect for me because I wouldn't do business with them after that.
I'll be posting this on my Instagram and YouTube so my 10,000 subscribers know not to waste their time with these guys.

Great family-run business with the scale of a big distributor! I ve worked with Ana and Dan for over a decade and they always provide the best service. They are reliable with their service and selection of toys/collectibles.

Terrible company! Exactly as the others said. Doesn't answer the phone, wont get back to you or ANYTHING!
