Customer service Stinks. Maybe it's just not a place for first-timers. If you don't know you still won't know. Not a good birthday celebration for my husband. We probably won't be back. Go Panthers, but without us!!!

Its was my first visit..clean...great place to take in a show...seats can be uncomfortable if you are tall like me..6'3 or if you are heavyset..will visit again

Excellent arena! If you are going to a Panthers game, it is awesome. If you are going to a concern/event is 1000 times better than going to AAA... downside is the parking, it is always around $20.

Great venue, been there for many events. Beware of very tight security, ladies, purses no bigger than 12"x12" or they won't let it in
I am a huge panthers fan and a huge fan of the bb&t center. It is sooooooo easy to get in and get out in terms of parking. The seating is great. There really are no terrible seats. I like their all inclusive sections a lot. I have seen a few concerts there as well and have been pleasantly suprised.
So impressed by this arena!! Went to a Panthers game in the Corona Club and had such a great night. The food was great, servers and staff were wonderful. All the food throughout the arena smelled amazing too. Love that it didn t really feel like a sporting place, so well designed. It was a great night out. Can t wait for the next trip there!! Parking was also a breeze.
Don't bother calling them to ask questions about the tickets they will hang up on you. I will never buy tickets from them again! Very rude associate named Dave. He's too busy to make a sale!
Atmosphere is nice bathroom are very clean but the food are very expensive

Great arena, over priced food and drinks, you apparently can't have the lid to the $6 bottle of Dasani water *eye roll* anyways! The only reason I'm not giving less stars is because I was there for Backstreet boys and we'll let's face, BSB is life!!!!
This place is a joke no directions to get to parking it's nothing but a cluster#%@_& And these Rent a cops are totally a waste
For the amount of people worming the parking it still sucks. Staff inside is nice and drink prices are what you expect.
Disappointed that more people were not tnete.and by 4 clock not enough pastries were left.
BB&T Center is amazing. I love that game in particular, beside we won, the organization, the staff, the prices where above average, everything was set for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
First game you never forget ... it's not just a Hockey match ... it's a show for the whole family.
Nice rink, cheap beer, cheap tickets only thing that sucked was the bruins that night.
Purse sizes limited to 12in by 12in. However, any backpack not allowed regardless of size. Even small purse backpacks not allowed.

Arena is a very far from anywhere but is well designed and can hold a lot of people has bathrooms which is a good thing and a nice area to sit down and eat actual concert walkway is great area and enough to maneuver around on for the singers and props
Had an amazing time watching WWE live. Easy to find parking and seats :).
See the NHL game here. The venue service is not bad, the stadium food is not expensive, and the taste is okay. I suggest you wear more clothes when you go

Went to the Monster Jams there. It was a nice setup on the inside.
Their venue is fantastic. Am in a wheelchair and the seats were great.
Great show...great seats...parking was reasonable...my only complaint was I had to check my bag...no backpack style purses are allowed

We went at least once a year for disney on ice event. My kids love it. Parking lot it is accesible. There is a lot of security. Food it is expensive for what you get.
The venue is nice. Really nice, but the way they run it really needs improvement. First off, parking for a kids show is $20. Really $20. After buying $55 tickets. Then once inside, they tell you that "backpacks" are not allowed. There's many types of "backpacks." They have to be more specific. This was actually told to us once they checked the purse (it wasn't a backpack) to then say it's a backpack and we couldn't bring it in. Had to carry all the kids stuff in hand. At least mention it on your ticket with the venue. Worthless argument with the management. Next, if you're thirsty and just want water, they'll reduce the flow to the water fountains to a dribble. You really can't drink from the fountain. So your 16 oz. bottle of water now comes out to $6. I understand they jack the prices on food and booze, but to cut flow of water to force you to buy it at 6 bucks, you'd think the BB&T Center was in Miami. Yet, it's in Sunrise. Last trip there for sure.
Getting in was easy and the seats were comfortable.
Our first NHL game, sat on the glass for the Panthers vs. Blackhawks, it was amazing! Great food and beverage choices as well!
The food and drinks made a great addition to the entertainment. All of the staff members were helpful and bathrooms were well stocked and clean

We were there for an NHL game. Mega Arena. Prices for drinks or food are relatively expensive. At $ 12 a beer, you'll think twice if you really want a second one. Otherwise, but a great experience.

Went to see Michelle Obama speak. She was great, but BB&T desperately need to improve their purse check situation. It took insanely long to check and get my purse after the event. I can genuinely say it was the most AWFUL experience of the night. Also my phone died. Nobody's fault, but they either need to allow people back in to use a public phone or have power outlets outside. I know they aren't going to do either of these things, but something absolutely should be done in case people are in a jam like that.
