BB&T Center Review

Great arena. The parking can be stressful (obviously) so definitely plan ahead. Most of my favorite concerts take place here, good venue for sure.

Awesome. Went to see Maroon 5 there and just had an amazing experience. The acoustics were phenomenal.

Went to watch the Panthers against the Blackhawks. Smaller crowd than I expected but the facilties were top notch. Ushers were efficient, as were the servers on the concession stands.

Nice arena but no water fountains except on the first level??? Why? Several of the employees did not know where the fountains were to begin with. Lines for food and drink were long so I did not spend any money there.

Their are so many reasons to attend functions @ the BB&T center! Concerts, live on Ice shows, live shows, comedians on stage!! Also the best 4th of July shows if your in local area & Panthers Hockey Games too!! So much more!! U can exercise too in the parking lot! Spend New Year's Eve w/ ones u love ringing in w/ Billy Joel!

Nice place, well kept. Great security check at entrance. Lots of staff around the place. Prices are good compared to other teams. You can enjoy a good view of the game no matter where you're seating. Modern stadium with a huge screen for replays. Restrooms are a little crouded during breaks.

i bought 4 tickets close to center ice 6 mo. in advance paid up front.
guess what they sold my tickets to someone else . we had to sit need the end. ........we will NEVER go to that place . off to tampa to see the Rangers next yr.

Got to see the Panthers vs. the Red Wings. What an awesome time. Easy in easy out, can't wait to go back!

Well the quality of the sound if horrible. You have no choice but to sit and stay through the concert, your there allready. Too much base.
The food is horrible at best. AAA arenas food is 10 times higher quality. Im very unhappy to have a hard time making out the words to songs with there bad speaker systems. Only good thing is parking is great. And they have a severe lack of police. Fortunately nothing happened.

Sunrise fireworks for July 4th was one of the best ones seen in many years

I went for the Jurassic quest event it was nice but you have to wait nearly an hour to begin to see the animatronics I definitely recommend you arrive early

Finding our section was a bit challenging even for the ppl working there couldn't get it right...other than that nice experience

Easy parking, great atmosphere, safe area, quick getting in and out of stadium even with traffic. Great variety of entertainment!

Still one of the best venues that there ever was. been going on hockey games with my father since the Panthers switched over from the AAA arena. Living in Plantation, he can imagine how much easier the trip is and the enjoyment that my father and I get every time. Clean, beautiful bathrooms as my mother has said LOL nice accommodating professional staff and an all-around great time whether you are attending a concert, a sporting event or otherwise, you are sure to be comfortable here no matter where you're sitting. Bring a sweater! There's ice under that floor!

Would've have been a 4 but we had our seats upgraded when we arrived so they get a 5.

The Frozen Show itself was great. The price from food and beverage was outrageous. Not to mention all the Disney lights spinners and $25 for a frozen tee shirt. Come on!

Comfortable for concerts & sports.. easy to get in and out!

The seating is good and the food is cheaper than other arenas and they got a variety of shows, with plenty of parking.. Which is not that expensive, when you compare it to what other arenas ask for! All in all, I prefer driving up from Miami for the same show in AA Arena!!

Great venue for graduation and of course Panthers games

Great place but god dam 10 dollars for a Coors light.

The air conditioning is too high so wear a sweater or a jacket inside even though it's hot outside. For some reason it isn't allowed to bring a good camera inside the center. They say it's because of safety reasons but that is not true since you are allowed to bring bad cameras. Beside that you can bring good cameras on the stadium to fx a Miami Dolphins game. But if you see Florida Panthers at the BB&T center you can't. It makes no sense at all. Therefore the center only get 3 stars which maybe is too high.

Great venue for hockey game, found the food and booze very expensive. The area is easy access and lots of parking which was free for this year.

If you are going to the USA, but you have fallen in your country and read this comment, you should definitely buy a ticket and enjoy this pleasure.

The only complaint I have is if you're over 6 feet tall, you'll be super cramped.

The parking situation for our last concert was terrible due to the poor coordination and lack of personnel at the entrances. The arena is nice and very clean also nicely designed.

Friendly staff and great seating and views from just about anywhere. However, the lack of escalators in the rear of the facility means that the main escalators tend to get extremely crowded after an event ends.

Decent arena. Poor food in most places in the arena but there are gems with good food if you know where to look
Club level pasta station is one. Mid level bar above pantherland has decent stir fry station too.

Always a great place for hockey or a consert. Good amount of parking. And easy to get to and from.
