Bayview Village Shopping Center Review

Still has its fancy vibe, but seems to have shrunk quite a bit over the year. Still has a couple of niche stores, but don t expect to find all the brands you d see at a larger mall here. That being said, the mall generally isn t crowded and is a somewhat pleasant place to kill some time. There is also a Toronto Public Library branch on premises. Bayview subway station is nearby, but can be a bit hard to get to given the giant parking lot. Then again, if you drive, there s that giant parking lot!

Nice quiet mall. Not as big as other malls but upscale stores and good for laidback shopping/browsing.

Good place for food. Shopping can be expensive but it is Bayview Village

It was a weekend and it was not bust.

I don't like the one heavy set security guard. He's best of friends with the lovely parking enforcement lady. I constantly shop at Loblaws. On a number of occasions I have parked and come out to find a ticket on my vehicle. The reason I park here first and not in my condo beside is because the way I'm coming on Sheppard is easier to turn into Bayview Village and then leave to go into my driveway. I have run to grab my shopping bags a few times and he's also ticketed me. I don't usually argue but this is not his job. If he wants he can go get a parking enforcement job and leave his security one. I know he can call them after awhile to report things but the second he even sees me he is on his phone texting her. If this was the 60s people like him would be put out.

This is where elderly people go to take their walks. Stores didn't interest me.

This place has the nicest and most most well kept public washroom. I am typically hesitant to use public facilities, but Bayview View Village will be an exception.

Upscale shopping - much less congested than Yorkdale

A bit pretentious and overpriced. Convenient Loblaws and Chapters Locations.

Pleasant space. Good parking. Convenient for Christmas shopping.

Close to home and convenient for most of our shopping needs.

Used to to 5 Star. Now they no longer allowed dogs in the mall. :(

One the best malls in North York. But unfortunately they have closed the Indigo there.

I'm not a fan of this small because I find it extremely overpriced and there is not a lot of selection. You have to be making well into the six figures the realistically afford anything here.

High end shopping centre, basic amenities available and Loblaws has a good selection.

A lack of variety in stores combines with snooty staff and overpriced trinket/clothing boutiques. The only food and grocery stores are the only thing that saves it.

This mall is beautiful and classy. The cleanliness in the mall is excellent and it has a very modern vibe to it on the inside. The 4 stars is simply because shoppers on a budget may want to overlook this one as many of the stores and items in this mall are pricey. In addition ti the stores it also has a great restaurant selection throughout the mall, although those too can be pricey as may be expected. Service is great and people are friendly with lots of parking, so definitely worth checking out.

Superb little "upscale" shopping center. You will find everything you need. Free parking and presence of a grocery store. My favorite shopping center :-)

High-end stores. Very quite and the afternoons are usually followed by a high percentage of seniors.

I detest the slogan HEY GORGEOUS. Talk about sexualizing females. Terrible message.

I can't say I shop at all the shops but I tend to come here for the dimsum, LCBO for alcohol, Loblaws for groceries and the occasional book from Chapters. Not your normal mall because it is kind of bougie.

Great mall with high end stores, a LCBO and two grocery stores.

I went into the mall, and there were some really rude male guys who were not wearing security guard uniforms told me that "You put that dog on the floor". My dog was sitting on my lap as I was typing emails on my ipad. They hate dogs, and visitors, if you don't spend money shopping at the mall inside the shops, but just hanging out inside the public area.

Luxurious place to spend your leisure time for the weekends, with variety of clothing stores and coffee shops available to relax into.

Bakery staff are the best. Lots of parking. Very clean.

Not a great mall unless you are rich. The selection of stores is okay, mostly one off higher priced stores and a few higher end chains. No food court but has a few fast food places and restauranta which a good.

Always clean, lots of options for take out too. Prices are above average.

I used to live in the area more than 30 years ago but I only shopped at Bayview Village a couple of times. Mostly shopped at Yorkdale. As I was in the area today I decided to drop by Bayview Village. The parking lots were absolutely packed, which suprised me as it was midday on a Wednesday, Also, it was very noisy inside the mall. Very overpriced, but nothing really appealing, lots of gaudy looking clothing. Royal Gala apples at 5.99 per pound. The same apples that I bought earlier that morning at an Asian grocery store in Brampton for .99 per pound. Nice washrooms though, but overall boring and expensive.

Small upscale shopping mall with limited vendor options

LCBO doesn't have the same collection of vintage wine compared to before they moved to this location.

I haven't been to Bayview Village for 2-3 years. I went today, Aug 12, 2019 and the last time I had been there was in 2017 or maybe as far back as 2016.

Must say that it has lost some of its appeal in that time span. Chapters Indigo moved out, the LCBO is still there and tookover Chapters' old place, but it doesn't have as much selection.

The whole vibe of the mall has changed in some way.

Great stores and great places to eat. Live going to Thai express!

Go to Fairview mall. They have almost everything and more there

A cute little mall, with lots of mid to high end brands. A really good selection of decent restaurants, considering it is in the mall.

Amazing mall to relax and do some shopping. There are a lot of top stores in the mall such as RIANI and LUISA CERANO. Some good cafes and a nice atmosphere
