This probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are very intimidating on the phone and refuse to answer emails. They use unethical tactics and lie. Avoid this company at all costs.

We understand from our research that this is indeed one of the worse institutions to ever exist. This entity is laced with malicious dealings, very hostile workers who can barely speak the language of the land or any other language and there are bullies all over the place who steal money and do bad acts.

Rude people and unprofessional team. This place definately should shut down!

My grandmother's account was transferred to Bayview from a previous loan company who had taken her money and misapplied her payments which threw her behind in her payments. All of this was explained to Bayview and instead of trying to help her resolve the situation seemingly they raised her payments. Her income is low since she is only on SOCIAL SECURITY.Half of her check goes to Bayview and the other is insurance on herself and five children,light bill, gas bill, and water bill. If this is a company that wanted to help, then why didn't they try to locate the previous company that had actually misapplied her money instead of still taking her money. This situation puts her in a bind every month because it shows little compassion for the low income people.

Sold my mortgage and I found out 3 months later (via Credit Karma) and I still have never received any notification from Bayview. They didn't transfer my escrow or notify my homeowners insurance company. Very unprofessional customer service. I wish there was a rating lower than -0- because I would use that. Also they LIED using the word "forgiven" when the actual word, apparently, is "DEFERRED" as I learned from the new mortgage company. They did me a favor by selling my mortgage.

unprofessional, short with me, interrupted, Un-knowledgeable when looking for a manager or vice president he said there are 4 and he did not know which one I needed. He needed a name.

This company has NO intention of helping people re set their interest rates even if they have great credit, lots of equity,never a day late, and give bayview all they ask for in docs.
Look for a class action suit against them

Its a waste of our TARP tax money meant to help folks stay in their homes.
