Our room was spacious and very attractive. It was easy to adjust the heat a little and feel warm and comfortable on one of the first cold days of the season. We loved the cozy breakfast room and it's selection of choices.

What's up for the weekend outstanding Place totally impressed for the price one of the better hotels I've ever stayed at. Very friendly staff very accommodating. Rooms all recently remodeled and gorgeous food in the morning hit the spot nice mix.

Great hotel, great stay. The room is very clean, the walls are thin and you can hear every one of your neighbors but other than that, the place was great. The staff were kind and accommodating. The plus of this hotel is that it is dog friendly. You can't beat their free breakfast- Price of hotel was great too. We will definitely be back!

La Quinta Oshkosh is a nice, comfortable hotel that is dog-friendly! The interior was remodeled two years ago is VERY nice! The exterior is still a little old-looking, but in good repair.
Breakfast is provided, but simple. The staff was friendly, and allowed us a 1pm check-out. Overall, great quality for the price!

Appears freshly renovated on the inside. Our room was clean and in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. We stay in a lot of LaQuinta properties and this one is above average.

The only negative was the condition of the exterior of the building. It is aluminum siding and really needs a powerwash. The exterior and interior are likebtwo completely different properties.

This is an older property but it is in ok shape. The peel & stick flooring they used in the bathroom was coming up. Staff is friendly & helpful.

With the construction it can be difficult to figure out how to get there.

The room could only have been made better by stock...

The room could only have been made better by stocking more substantial tissue products... 2 ply toilet paper or something that didn't take 3 layers of skin off when I blew my nose with the tissues from the dispenser would have been nice... That being said, in a situation where there is so much to complain about, the only thing I have to complain about is the tissue, I think that is a good thing and well deserving of an 8/10 would do again

The hotel is clean, the staff is kind and the rooms are nice. I'd say the room we were in had a slight musty smell but it was dealable. My only complaint is it's October in Wisconsin and it is kinda cold at night - maybe provide a thicker set of blankets rather than 3 blankets with the thickness of a piece of loose-leaf. Also, I know breakfast ends at 10 AM but rushing to take things away when I'm still standing next to it is Rude. I'll be back eventually because the price is right most of the time

What began as a decent night of sleep ended at 4:1...

What began as a decent night of sleep ended at 4:15AM with a loud woman training someone to make breakfast in the kitchen across the hall. When I asked them to quiet down or close the door, they said "sorry" and continued at the same volume right outside our door. So frustrating especially since sleep was critical before a very long day for us.

No elevator. No fridge/microwave & shower is only warm and gets cold before you are done. The room is nice and roomy, thermostat is the best, keeps the temp you set very well. Accepts pets but No grass to potty them. Nice restaurant in the parking lot.

The booking was easy online but missing a few crit...

The booking was easy online but missing a few critical things if you were to be staying for a week or more. We reserved 2 rooms with king size beds and when we arrived there were two full size beds in each room. We didn't know that even though you reserve a king, you only get what's available. The very next day I requested 2 new rooms with kings, thinking this would be an issue but they were glad to help and switched us right away and it wasn't very far from the old room.
Online you do not get the option or info to know that you have to request for a room that has a fridge and microwave.
I went 3 days before a lovely staff member discussed that with me and he made changes for me right away to fit us into a room with amenities.
All of the front desk staff are very friendly and also all of the housekeepers are great.
This hotel is very clean and I love the new remodel designs.
Breakfast could have a little more options ( everything was the same and after a few days stay we just went to Perkins down the road for new taste)
Hot water and high pressure in the showers and the rooms offer enough privacy.
Next time I'm around town I only want to stay here for the great overall price and satisfaction.

5 stars for front desk service. Kayci was so patie...

5 stars for front desk service. Kayci was so patient and accommodating to us. We booked 5 rooms originally for July 4th checking out July 5th. After a few misunderstandings, Kayci patiently fixed everything and had our rooms ready for us. We were there for an anniversary party that was being held on the 5th but did not start until later that day. Since we were from out of town (Michigan) we had no other place to go to get ready so we requested to have 2 of the 5 rooms at a later check out time (1pm). Kayci was able to accommodate us.

The 3 stars unfortunately goes to your housekeeping staff. One lady in partucular, Betty. At first, she was nice and kind. We had left one of our pillows in one of the rooms she was about to start cleaning. Room 209. After she had gotten the pillow for me, I told her it's okay, she can leave the pillow in the room because that was one of the rooms that I had requested for a later check out. (Note, the time was only 11am when this happened). Immediately after I said that, her face turned annoyed and she told me she did not understand what I meant by that. I explained again, that we requested for a later check out time at 1pm because we needed a place to get ready for the party. We have been helping the guest of honor cook and prepare all day at the party hall and we all needed a fresh shower and place to get dressed before the party started. She then replied angrily, "well we won't be here at 1pm to clean these rooms. That means we have to stay later to finish cleaning the rooms." I proceeded to tell her that I talked to Kayci already and she already allowed us to. She angrily walked away with another house keeping lady all the while ranting to her.

I went and got ready and called my parents to hurry up because the housekeeping lady was angry. They then told me to just go ahead and book the rooms for another night since the lady was so mad.

Again, I commend Kayci for being so patient. I went downstairs and rebooked 4 rooms for another night. After it was all done, I went back upstairs to transfer my aunts stuff from 218 And 220 to rooms 209. Again, Betty was ranting to another different housekeeping lady about how Kayci had no right to do what she did. After I gathered my aunts stuff from the rooms, I told betty she did not need to worry herself about having to stay late cleaning the other rooms. THAT we had booked those rooms for an extra night and I walked away. I have never felt so unwelcomed before. We each own our own restaurant back in Michigan. We know how important customer service is. We know that customers can be frustrating, especially my family. I understand we were being difficult and I apologize, however, we definitely did not appreciate hearing someone complain over and over again.

One of the other ladies came and asked us if we needed service. We only requested for the bedsheets and we would fix it ourselves and requested for her to just clean room 209 for my aunt.

I feel super bad that Kayci had to deal with the angry housekeeper. I definitely would stay there again because of Kayci being so accommodating and never because of the housekeeper being so rude.

Another sidenote, when we took the blankets off the beds, there were hair strands on the bed that is supposed to be new. I would definitely make sure that the rooms are being thoroughly cleaned. This happened in both our room and my aunts room the first night we checked in on July 4th.

It's okay. Room was smallish and bathroom/tub kinda needed work. The walls are thin as we could hear the next rooms kids screaming. The location is great. For the price its still a good deal
