I hired Bayland Buildings to replace our steel roof on my 10,000 sq foot building and they did a fantastic job! From the beginning stages of the bidding process to the final clean up - the entire team was great to work with.

Had this company do the build out for one of my stores. I told them the date I needed it done, and they told me it would not be an issue and would be done by that date. It took them an extra month, so instead of getting a month to set up a store I get 3 days. The flooring subcontractor they used did a horrible job installing the carpet, the seam runs down the middle of the store and began to tear up before I was even open. I instructed Bayland I wanted relaxed lighting in the store, they installed heavy duty shop lights every 4 ft, the most I have ever seen in a store, they also wired them all on 1 switch so I can't turn off part of them to save energy. I feel mislead also about the construction of my back room. Apparently they forgot to mention I wouldn't have a floor or ceiling in my back room either. I'm not sure with the budget they had how they couldn't finish a small back room and would leave it like that. But then again I had to do the door frames myself, because they were charging over $3500 to put trim around 2 inside doorways and doors on. I asked why and they informed me they were custom cutting all the pieces and priming and painting them. I went to menards and did it myself for under $150 total, both doors. Took me 2 hours. I will never use this company again in the future. They did nothing about my complaints about the carpet and ignored me when I continuously asked why it was taking triple the time they told me. In the months they took to finish my store, they remodeled culvers in 3 days. If you are a small business, run.
