Went to get a simple coil pack changed while under warranty on a car I brought brand new from them. First appointment after I spoke with them they didn't even order the part. 2nd appointment they put my parts on another person's car. 3rd appointment they change the wrong coil. I went to complain about it and guy tell me I should change out all the spark plugs and call them back if it's still acting up. Horrible experience I wouldn't send my enemies to this place to get anything done.

Really horrible when you buy a brand new vehicle and it doesn't even have a donut in it. My tire split with only 4300 miles. Well, the air compressor wasn't going to air that up so a tow truck had to be called and the tire was $284.
I seen an advertisement for up to 84 months, 0% interest Regardless of credit history. Thought wow, I can afford a new truck that way went up to the dealership. They Said yes, let us get you into a new truck. When it was all said done they wanted me to pay 14% interest . I told again about that add. That doesnt extend to you because your not qualified. Not only could I not afford the truck I took a serious hit to my credit score because they ran my credit through multiple finance companies. Lesson learned I guess! Sorry Bayird, but there was no Bayird deal!

Very deceptive practices at the time I purchased my Challenger. Always do your research and be prepared to walk away if you are not comfortable. The finance manager is the most deceptive of all. You live and you learn on what NOT to do with your next vehicle purchase.

Service was great! The people here have always been very professional and courteous. I dropped my Jeep off and was called as soon as they opened to tell me what the plan was for my service.
Total horrible experience. I spent almost 3 hours there today. I walked in and told them everything I wanted, how much I wanted to spend a month, and how much I could put down. The salesman went to his boss and said what I wanted would not be an issue. Drove to look at another car at their Jonesboro location, went to drive it and never left the lot because of a bad clanging noise. Drove back to Paragould location and was told they had another one in Blythville but they would need to run my credit first, I told them not until I get to drive and make sure it is what I wanted. Then the finance manage came out and asked me "What are you looking to do?" SERIOUSLY! I said I'm trying to buy a car. He then went into a spill about how he has a degree in finance and what I was asking was not possible and that in order for him to get the car, from a lot that they own, he would have to buy it. It is called a transfer of inventory, I know how this stuff works. He wouldn't have to buy it for me to test drive it. The guy changed his mind totally and did not want to help any more. Well I did get me a vechile, but not with them, same price range, lower mileage, and better quality. Their loss.
Too much to write. Lets just say that i will never buy another vehicle from them. And i will not even take the one i did buy to them for service. Don't believe the commercials, a bayird deal and a bad deal are the same thing.

Wouldn't give it a single star, asked about looking for truck...salesman wouldn't quit trying to sell it us a car. Wouldn't give prices on vehicles we asked for. Didn't act like he was wanting to sell. Horrible customer service, would rather walk than deal with this lot.
Talk about service after the sales!! These guys have gone above and beyond to get my payment down and relieve my stress!! Jeremy was recommended to be from a coworker and I am so glad. Jeremy was great and patient and worked around my schedule. This is definitely the only place I will be buying a car from in the future!!

If you're looking to be ripped off go to Bayird. I was having trouble with the window control and heater on my 2012 Jeep Liberty. I took it to Bayird, to have the issues taken care of; the only thing that got fixed was the window control, the heater didn't work any better after their "fix" than it did when I took it in, and they charged me over $900.00.
No pressure sales. Applied online early in am was told later that day that I could come pick up my vehicle had everything ready for us. BEST vehicle buying experience ever. Definitely will be a returning customer!

I had a warranty issue with my car and my Service Advisor, Phillip Cassidy took great care in fixing the problem, along with the technician, Mr Burns. My car was fixed expeditiously. Phillip Cassidy and the great crew of Bayird DCJ went above and beyond to insure I was treated with superior service by not only fixing the mechanical problem but cleaned my vehicle also. To say the least, I was pleasantly pleased, but not surprised by their customer service.
