Well, I had been going to bay state for about 13 yrs at least, very unfair, they dont think about your feelings or what's going on in your persanal life, I missed a app. With Dr. Brown, cause of the last snow storm I called, so they terminated me. Go somewhere else this place Sucks and thats putting it lightly, their ridiculous.

Psychologist there was very unprofessional. People there only care about doing favors for drugs companys, by feed more drugs to people than just helping them with life problems. If you are not court order to go here, don't do it, I would say. If I could go back in time, I would of first researched this place. It's important when picking a psycholoist for help with mental illness problems. If i know what I know now, I wouldn't of gone there..

After working with several different therapist at another facility. I finally found someone at Baystate community services that is excellent and the people that work there as well (Kim), I have always been treated with respect. They always respect the HIPAA laws .But I can't say enough about my therapist (Maria).The gains I have made have probably saved me,no joke! And today expecially, 2 years sobriety today and a light at the end of the tunnel.If you're looking for help I highly recommend this place. *(Update still going there now over 4 years sobriety and almost sane.) Almost!

I was treated like a 10 year old by my psychiatrist Brian. He insisted that the medication I was taking was OUT of my system and not needed anymore, regardless of how sick I felt
In his infinite wisdom he put me on lamictal and trazadone, after I informed him that I could not have 2 CNS'S drugs. smart man I would not recommend this place to my goldfish GL

I love Bay State! I've been employed here since 2013. I highly recommend utilizing the community based supports that Bay State has to offer.

Good people but they need more funding and resources.

If they misdiagnose you, they'll humiliate you and make you feel like a terrible person before admitting they made a mistake.

If it were not for Bay State Community Services, I would not be alive today. Over seven years ago I began going to therapy, relapse prevention and daily intensive out patient treatment. I would recommend Bay State Community Services to anyone.

This is a place that offers help to anyone with addiction, economic, and other issues...very caring staff

I credit Baystate with saving my life. Doctor Brown is incredibly gifted and brilliant in diagnostic criteria and compassion. For the most part I have had therapists who are gifted and kind. Only once in my 15+ years have I been dissatisfied with a therapist. After speaking with Dr Brown I was immediately given a new therapist. I am forever grateful to this agency.
