Horrible! Lost precious 3.5 hours of my rare day o...

Horrible! Lost precious 3.5 hours of my rare day off awaiting for a lease buyout quote! Left the dealership without getting the quote due to exhaustion. I was promised to get best options over the phone from their sales representatives! The car inspection took 5 minutes and application 10. The rest of 3 hours and 15 minutes was awaiting for quotes. I asked if I can get quotes over the phone, and was told that it s not allowed! I refinanced mortgage over the phone and online during pandemic, but getting a lease buyout quote over the phone is not allowed??? It feels like exhausting a customer is a sales tactic, when you wait for 4 hours, you would probably agree with any offer, just to get this ordeal over with. If you have a chance to avoid this dealership, please do.
P.S. I m a positive person and 99% of my reviews are 5 stars, I love to share my experience about great services, and hope my reviews help businesses and customers.

Go see Jamie .... He is very helpful and straight up with everything.... Other dealers I went too played too many games.... Jamie was honest and told me what it is which is all you can ask for when you are making a big purchase.

Everyone at Bay Ridge Honda was very friendly and courteous. I dealt with Luis Citron, who went above and beyond to get me the 2021 Ridgeline I wanted for a great price even during a world wide chip shortage. He was professional and very informed. I appreciated how easy Bay Ridge Honda and Luis made the whole process of buying a new vehicle. Best dealership experience I've had in years, and I had purchased 5 different vehicles for my family in the past 3 years. Thank you again Luis Citron and the rest of the Bay Ridge Honda team!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and had been shopping around for a while. I refused to do business with any dealership that would offer exorbitant prices for the car that I wanted. This is a completely unbiased and honest review of my experience with Bay Ridge Honda. As expected with any dealership, some negotiating was involved. This review is based off my experiences that set my experience with Bay Ridge Honda apart from other dealerships I sought to do business with. A few things are to be expected with pretty much every dealership sky high offers, hidden taxes and fees, annoying phone calls/texts, etc. I wanted to do business with the most honest dealership that would also give me the best deal. I worked with Stephanie Rivera. She did a good job getting me close to the price I was looking at to get into a new vehicle and she did provide some information that was key in making my decision. She made it very clear that there were no hidden taxes or fees and that the price I was quoted would be the price I d pay without question, and this was true. She made herself available to answer questions and was somewhat patient as I shopped around and weighed out my options. The top factors for me in making my decision with a dealership was honesty, communication, and making me the best deal possible. Bay Ridge Honda and Stephanie Rivera hit all three.

I bought a Honda 2018 CRV certified pre owned on May 2021. You figure you can't go wrong with a brand dealership. But I was dead wrong. The salesman accidentally was going to sell me a car that had accident without telling me anything. I know that he didn't know because he sells the new cars and I grabbed him to go across the street to thier used car lot. Every car I looked at he had no clue about it, he had to go inside to inquire information on that vehicle (which makes sense for a person that's not working in that area of the job). The salesman did a great job. I guess timing is everything, the next day I came back to Bay Ridge Honda and I bought CRV not the first one but one that was never involved in any accident. Because I came with a car I left the my new car at the outside of the dealership in the salesman spot and I would come the following day by public transportation to retrieve my new car. To my surprise when I get there the car refuse to start. I tried two three times and nothing. That ain't making no sense especially from a car that I bought 1 day ago and it's certified (everything should be good, not perfect but good). So I had to go into the dealership and asked them to change the battery, the manager sent a guy came out at looked at the car he he told me that I probably left something on. And I told him no way we only test drive the car and parked it up so there was no chance to play with it to make that mistake. And proceeded to tell me that the battery probably need to be charged been sitting for a while. That is a stupid comment, there is a car shortage going on as we speak so car prices especially used cars has got up dramaticly. I guy tells me to drive the car for an hour and the battery will be charged. I drove it through traffic for about an hour and I said okay good now what's up I can make a pit stop now the battery should be charged I made the pit stop and went back to the car to start the car and the car was dead I called the Honda care number and they sent AAA guy to my location and he reassured me that the battery is/was dead. Get a new battery. I have. Mini jumpers kit at home and I had to walk with it so I can start my new used car. So I had to come back to the dealership to get a new battery and my second key which wasn't giving to me that same day because the service desk was closed. Then I am told I have to wait 2 - 2 1/2 hrs to get the car. We will see. I still think the salesman was great but the services that they provide was terrible and dishonest.

My wife recommended me to go to Millennium Honda she loved the service and they even through in a metal keychain that has the dealership name on it and it looks and feels great. She tells me look you don't listen to me and look what you get, a lemon battery, that's all I can do with the situation, so I don't recommend going to Bay Ridge Honda you may get a lemon too instead of a keychain.

I just leased a car from Bay Ridge Honda. This is my first car purchase and it went so smoothly thanks to sales and leasing consultant Stephanie Rivera. Stephanie was very patient answering all my questions and never pushed me to make decisions. The entire staff at Bay Ridge Honda was nice to work with and I felt taken care of.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Bay Ridge Honda, and that's all thanks to Betty Lala. She is an amazing saleswoman, and she was very patient and kind to me during AND after my car buying experience. She showed me a 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback, and I fell in love! Asad Basha was also great, and he made me feel comfortable while we reviewed my paperwork. The Bay Ridge Honda team is fantastic, and I would recommend this location if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.

Stephanie Rivera went above and beyond her role as saleswoman. I felt so comfortable working with her and she explained every step to me clearly. My car had to be delivered from the factory and have accessories installed at the dealership. Stephanie inspected the car upon arrival and checked on it daily along with sending me updates. My car was absolute perfection and Stephanie made sure of that. I will definitely be recommending her and Bay Ridge Honda to everyone I know who is looking for a new car.
