One of the finest corporate houses I have experienced in Dhaka. This is an architectural beauty that I must confer. It also has an embassy in it.

A well designed and well maintained office block. It offers nice elegant office space plus a signature restaurant, and art gallery, secure parking and an excellent management team. Waterfront location is a bonus.

Super secured place. They keep their place clean and presentable all the time. Even the basement are well lit and clean.

Good technologycally sound well secured and neat and clen building. 5 embassies are located here. Unfortunately no parking facility for visitors or guests. Security guards are not up to the mark expected better behaviour and cooperation. Even No dropoff place for visitors. You are to get down on the road very unexpecting when you are having a apppintment.

Very good architectural view. Very important building. It got Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and few more embassy office. Very secured building.
