Everyone is entitled to their own opinion well this is my opinion Ive had nothing but good experience with this company, go to work do your job the way it suppose to be done go home happy. Thats with any company.
Was recently reminded this place existed. It's a sweat shop. You'll run out of packaging to do your job and when you get it it'll be full of water that you're going to have to empty while running a machine with a malfunctioning printer. That's just the machine near the entrance like 10 parts a minute that have to be trimmed every 3 minutes emptying a 20 to 30 pound tote of water. Every 10 minutes having to fix the printer. But the really important part is filling out your board. Even if the injection molding isn't working they'll make you trim everything to perfection, they'll work you every day off the week. Also you won't know if it's a 12 hour day until 3 minutes before it's time to leave.
It's only a great place to work if everything is going smoothly. Your bound to run out of packaging to do your job but you are not allowed to stop. If the machine breaks your going to have some overly stressed person come by and blame you. The equipment could use repair. The odds of getting someone to train you is slim. You will receive zero days off and a few 12 hr days. It would be allot better if they could get their act together.
If it hasn't changed they will work you to death. I worked there from 2004- 2010 my pay after I topped out after 2 years stayed the same for 5 years got passed over for a higher paying position because I was told I was good at the position I had. Working there is not good if you have a family cause you never get to spend time with them.
Over 4 hours and still waiting so far only three pallets in the trailer
very horrible shipping service, I m a expedited driver. It took over 3 hours to load 2 small pallets. This is ridiculous, this company seriously needs help, if you can try to avoid them at all coast, decline the load if you have too. Very horrible experience they d be dammed to see my face again
It is a good place to work I've been there five years and I get along with just about everyone
I been here almost a year now I'm a machine operator on 1st shift and this is the worst place to work. It's privately owned by a German that dont care about nothing or nobody but their money, its very dirty on the inside and if you aren't sleeping with bosses then you get treated like dirt. No wonder the place gets raided by the cops all the time you got to be messed up to stand to come in and work here everyday.
Terrible place to work. It is a sweat shop with rarely a day off.
I would not recommend working at Baxter to anybody.
