A small Bauhaus branch, right next to the Q6Q7. This has a wide range of different topics and the prices are accordingly a bit higher for the location than outside.
The staff is friendly and competent.

Not enough staff and product presentation worthy of the 21st century.

For the employees there are 5 stars, because when you meet someone, you are always professional and with patience helped.

There are also deductions for the outdated business model, as the competition is significantly further (in the markets as well as online).
Often prices are not marked, everything seems mixed up (I often feel confused) and the selection is often small and seems partially outdated (bathroom, furniture, etc.).

Sometimes I believe Bauhaus exists because it lasts so long. For me as a younger person, it offers too little service and experience.

The new Bauhaus is very nicely and clearly arranged, everything can be found on one level - parking space one floor above the Bauhaus - enough available - staff competent, very friendly and helpful, selection of products large - but could be bigger - prices okay

There is no place for parking and cabins to try the wardrobe. Personally, I don't like the cash registers where you have to type the items yourself and pay for them. The prices are decent and the staff is friendly.

Branch is easily accessible in the city center of Mannheim, the product selection is naturally wg. Lower retail space in the city center somewhat limited.
I wanted a LED outdoor spotlight with motion sensor, there was only 1 model.

One of the most comfortable Bauhaus markets I know. Always go shopping there. There is a large in-house parking garage with wide parking lots. The selection of items complies with the Bauhaus standard, so both the ambitious home improvement, as well as the craftsman can shop there well. There are very dedicated and friendly staff there. It may be one of the few Bauhaus markets, which lies in a city center. I always go shopping there again.,

Not what it used to be. Many articles simply disappeared from the assortment on site. Personnel have to run after them to help with questions and then most of them themselves have no idea about anything. Too bad.

Bad service and the employees are only there to look good, at least that was my opinion, because the knowledge was nothing. I needed a saw blade for the copy saw, because the employee was overwhelmed and didn't even know the name of the market leader. Sorry, they should rather go to school again.

I think the BAUHAUS can read my wishes, my dreams.
If I urgently need a bistro table, I will come across a bistro table at the level of the second row of shelves at the latest.

If I really want a laundry basket, I stumble across a laundry basket in the middle of the hall.

If I still dream of a baseball cap as heat protection at breakfast, I wave to me near the entrance - yes, in the BAUHAUS! - a stand with baseball caps.
I'm thinking about what I should wish for tomorrow ... oh, I know what ;-)
